They don't do it, probably because creating (black)lists of individuals to share among companies is luckily forbidden by law. And telcoms would not like to share their customers base....
What's the exact definition of boxbreaker? That who unlocks mobiles? Aren't they already unlocked if you buy pay-as-you-go? (as they would buy, if they want to resell)0
