Your under warranty for a year with Sky.
Sky themselves dont provide etended warranty its a company within them call Domestic and General, if you got a phone call from 'Sky' it was more than likely a con, especially if they asked for bank details
And if you pay for the service call you get covered for another 3months form the day the service call was booked0
