    Afternoon all :)

Hurrah, we got everything we went for.. We got table and chairs, small Billy bookshelf and two of these units (the four square ones) with the legs, two glass shelves, two doors and two sets of drawers. Only accidental thing to fall in the trolley was a toy for Rhys :D

M&D are gutted the weather isn't good enough to take Rhys out for a walk with the dog :( They're having him tomorrow while we put together all the furniture so they'll try again then :) In the meantime, I hear they've been trying to get him to laugh for them but without success so far :p Going to fetch him in a few hours.. :D

    Afternoon / Evening all...

Quick question for all you Quidco users- being thick here....OH needs to renew his car insurance in a couple of weeks. Have been looking through the comparison sites to find cheapist quotes... so few questions...

    a) how do you get cashback through both cashback site and insurer?

    b) How do you know on say Quidco how much you are guarenteed to get back so you know which is the best deal
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.

 I don't understand this one, sorry

    b) How do you know on say Quidco how much you are guarenteed to get back so you know which is the best deal

If you look at the quidco page it should tell you how much you get for each policy.

ie: if you click into Budget it pays:
    £25for Car Insurance
    £45for Commercial Van Insurance
    £25for Home Insurance

Just back from NCT meet. Everyone was there, 7 couples, 8 babies. Absolutely exhausted and feel awful. I just don't fit - I'm not a career woman, I don't CIO, I breastfeed, I co-sleep, I do babyled weaning. I just feel really inadequate, judged and miserable. I'm not a size 10, I don't do yoga. I have a husband who refuses to go to social things (apart from the pub with his friends). I just felt like crying the whole time, and I'm so glad to be home, although walking in the front door to the state of the house isn't good. I feel so fat and dirty amd awful :(

Random question - anyone else obsess over/worry about baby dying? I feel as though I'm just waiting for something terrible to happen. I read lots of stories about infant death, SIDS, stillbirths etc and feel like it is just a matter of time before I lose Toby :(
    Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.
  • Not long back from Asda and it's pouring with rain again. OH is feeding Liam and then he's going to cook tea :D I'm waiting for Harry Hill & X factor.

oh no...orange are sending me 2 contracts
  • Aw feely, big hugs!

Not me, but my work friend is the same.. She had a m/c a few years before having her now 2yo son and steming from that she was/is convinced she's going to lose him, either during pregnancy, during birth or any day now :( She was diagnosed with PND and is still have counselling for it now.. very sad to hear her talking about it.

She is however now talking about having another one.. I don't think she's crazy, it's a perfectly sane and reasoned decision to TTC again, she's just very scared and scarred after the first pregnancy :(

    *huge hugs* xxx
