Thanks - last changed his nappy around 7pm when he fell asleep (was a dirty one) so will just attempt the feed and do it upstairs away from the noisy boys on the computer!!!

sorry didn't mean it like you were usually a kept lady :o;)

Will things feel a bit more fiscally smooth at MFD towers soon then? That'll be good, and to know Benjamin will be with DH is just superb! What are the remaining things that need to come together for that? xxx

LOL - sorry, did I sound snappish?? Money is a tetchy issue around here these days :o Hubby's business went through a particularly lean phase at exactly the wrong time and I ended up bankrolling digs for his lads in London whilst they were doing a job down there. I am now paying a minimum payment for a credit card that doesn't cover the interest in-month :o And I can't afford to do anything about it ATM.

Will all be sorted soon - the light at the end of the tunnel is within reach - you can tell that because I will talk about it now LOL!!!

To sort Hubby looking after Benjamin we need to sit down and have a good talk about it (in a day or so once I have thought it through). Hubby needs to finish work on the site he is working on currently (looking good), he needs to not take on another job where he needs to be on site (do-able) and we need to set some perameters and timescales I guess....and probably enlist some PT assistance from MIL (again, shouldn't be a problem).

I need time to mull it over but in theory I am very excited!!

They'll soon fade Elle :) What about stuff with oil - roast sweet potato in lots of oil? Get a good olive oil spread on crackers? Peanut or cashew butter? Can you bake or make butter cream with olive oil spread? Dip bread in olive oil and balsamic vinegar? Drink a pint of olive oil a day?

just catching up but as I know some of you posh parents shop in waitrose have you heard about the semi-skimmed milk recall? http://uk.news.yahoo.com/21/20091023/tuk-supermarket-milk-contamination-fear-6323e80.html

Is it just us or has anyone else been changing their baby's routine in preparation for the weekend clock change?

We've gradually been making bedtime move from 7 to 8 and the dream feed from 10 to 11 so that next week those things will be at the 'right' time again...

nope :p my LO wont play ball when it comes to routines.

i was curious about what you post earlier about routines, but i am not sure where we fit in. i hate the thought of LO needing some kind of structure and i'm not giving it to her.

We have talked about it but not done anything!! Although we generally try to stretch Benjamins bedtime to closer to 8 anyway (I say try - we don't alway succeed!!).

If anyone was going to be acting upon it, it would be you my dear :A
