I'm so annoyed - I just went to the Sky News website and on the homepage, with no warning, is an automatically running video of a pram falling under a tube train.

    Completely unacceptable.

Edit: Weezl, did the fairies manage to find your house ok?

    Hi ladies.

I wonder if I can be rude and just pop in to ask a question. Do I need to send off Kezia's birth certificate for Working Tax Credits as well as the Child Benefit? I'd like to get all the claims in at once but obviously I can only send the original to one place at a time.

Sorry not really been able to join in properly yet, I hope to soon but I've been swamped with visitors and there are just not enough hours in the day.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer

Oh I watched that earlier SugarSpun, I did click on it to watch though and ended up crying. Miracle that baby survived, and the poor mother. Why is a platform on a train station sloped, it must of been...!

harley send the BC to the CB people first, they send it back within a week or so, then send it to the TC people, they will backdate to 3 months anyway :) just have the forms ready for when it comes back

Yeah the baby survived with just a bump to the head, amazing really! I cried watching the video, my heart was in my mouth, don't even know why I watched it, I guess I'm grim

    Hiya! :)

Only needs to go off for CB but you need the CB number you get back for the TC forms.. I think :) Seems like ages since I did it. Definitely only sent it off (and nervously waited for it back!) once.
