Well I've never been overweight - I am 5' 1" and the heaviest I've ever been is 9 and a half stone. I was 8 stone in January when I got pregnant due to stress at work - I'm probably just under this now due to having a baby who decides to wake up whenever I

a.) feel hungry or b.) need a wee. I deal with him and then suddenly remember hours later (not good when it's B cos I always think I'm gonna wet myself :o)
I was underweight before pregnancy and lost enough with hyperemesis that I qualified for extra scans due to being underweight and only got back to my pre-pregnancy weight at six months pregnant but I've managed to gain enough to be only just not underweight. The first couple of months after Alice was born, OH used to leave four marmalade sandwiches, a banana and a tub of dried fruit every day by where I fed Alice so I could eat them while feeding her and I think that really helped. Perhaps you could premake some sandwiches and leave them out in a suitable place so that you can grab them to eat without having to spend time atthat particular point making something?

 just typed in 4 from the top of the pile. 50p, 30, 30p, 30p!!!! the 50p was a compilation, and thought it would go for the least as the others were scissor sisters, christina augilera = i know they are old, but am i just naive to think i would get more than 30p for them!??????
Have you tried Cex? I think that's where I did most of mine as it mostly gave the best price for what I had.

BM a 10 stone woman burns 67 cals extra per hour whilst talking. If you can keep it up for 14 hrs a day ( you are allowed time in that for listening too!) then that's 938 extra cals a day:T
