I'm tempted to order that tiger who came to tea, just for the china tea set, but we have that book already (and it's rubbish!).....
She'd probably smash it up anyways, I swear she should of been born a boy sometimes, loves nothing more than diving off the sofa head first, climbing anything and farting!
Earlier she was running in circles and she was farting the whole time and with ever step it was coming out, like a parp parp pufft parp. She is so gross sometimes.0 -
BM you dont like the tiger who came to tea  x
Still searching .....:)

No, I finished at approx. 10.30 this morning.
1? We're allowed 3!
THREE??? Do I get more if I have more children:D
Also, for anyone who hasn't experienced Liverpool City Centre, its packed with 'fashionable' people, and she kept pointing out people who are 'cool', because obviously i'm not! All of them were the scruffy student types (sorry Mel!), in day-glo, jeggings, big hair etc.
Oh dear - what am I going to do!
Bless Liv - she certainly is a fashion conscious little girl! Get some photos of you in the 80's out - she will think you are the bees knees!!
I was a student in Liverpool and I had a fantastic style all of my own then...now I am run of the mill mummy
I was going to say something else....?

I have the say in it
Right now I am interested in this speech and language department, I'd like to go and have a look around and find out more. As he is now I don't think he will do very well at my local primary school. His speech just isn't good enough.
A conversation with him is like this..
Me - Amber looks like you.
Chris - No! Ah air (hand goes to his head and makes buzzzz sounds like hair clippers, he means 'short') moa. (Ambers hair is short, mine is long)
I was talking to my nephew who is a year younger than him and the difference is huge. Christopher sounds like an 18 month old even though he has the understanding of a 4 year old and has the words, he simply can't make his mouth work to say them. You get the vowels and a few constinants, single sylables only.
There is also a few problems with colour recognition. He consistently confuses colours and has problems with numbers... don't know how to describe it, he mixes up his numbers, theres a name for it but my mind is blank
I wish you could meet Jake, when he started school he sounded like that, now at 15 you wouldn't know he was any different to anyone. When his teacher said he was predicted GCSE c's I cried! The school worked so hard with him and he was talking by 7, but he still gets muddled. When I asked him to lay the table the other day he couldn't remember which was a knife or fork, and the amount of times he's put his dirty washing in the tumble drier or the ice cream in the fridge! Anything that does a similar job he can't distinguish, but he has his on way of dealing with things and I have to step back and let him do it.Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
Mel, I completely understand... It's my birthday next week, I don't expect to hear from my sister and my dad asked me if there was anything in particular I wanted today... I just asked for more than he got me last year, which was nothing! He couldn't remember...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I know he will get there eventually but I also know our local school and I don't think he would get the support he needs there, plus their bullying policy sucks.
It's a shame, you can see him really concentrating to form the words but it just won't happen. But he is such a wee star, he rarely gets frustrated and if he can't get across what he is trying to say he will find a way round it, either grabbing your hand and showing you or miming it out to you.
No matter what happens the boy is that stubborn that he will be fine! And he is clever, a bit too clever :rolleyes:0 -
