Yep thats me (Well remembered BTW!), I bought a Graco sweetpeace soother chair in the end, which until a few days ago, she hated with a passion and would scream her head off every time she went in it. But she now tolerates it for about 20 minutes at a time .
    typical baby :p lol

Weezl I keep forgetting things! I hope your Dad is more excited this time! Mine was worried about me mostly the 1st time (I was only 20/21) but as soon as we found out it was a boy he was super excited :D

I received my fingerprint charm in the post today that I won in a competition. Its really lovely and has Leila's name inscribed on the back. Its from this lady: http://www.saroobaby.co.uk/userimages/procart2.htm . I might get hubby some cufflinks with her footprint on for christmas although they are pretty expensive.
Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j

Oh !!!!!!, this is the THIRD time I'm writing this message. Stupid laptop.

I have a half-asleep baby in my arms. She had her second set of jabs this morning and they've really unsettled her. She started crying when we walked into the HV's room and although she didn't shriek when the needles went in like she did last time, she did afterwards and it took me ages to calm her down.

I gave her a bottle of EBM when we got home and put 2.5ml of Calpol in it so I knew that she'd had some (the only time we've given it to her previously, she held it in her mouth then spat it out so we don't know how much she'd actually had, if any). I told my mum that I'd put it in her milk and she said "is that allowed?". I don't see what the problem is with it. Does anyone else? At least I know she's had some.

I gave her another dose at 3pm but I didn't have enough EBM to give her a bottle so I made up 60ml of formula and put it in with that, then I gave her a booby feed afterwards.

Also not sure if she's teething or not. She seems to have two very small white bumps on her bottom gum and she's dribbling loads. She's also woken up loads the past two nights and she lets out a really big groan then either goes back to sleep immediately or won't settle at all. She's had a couple of runny (like water) nappies Tuesday and yesterday. I mentioned all this to the HV in case she didn't want to do the jabs but she said she was happy to if I was happy, so I said yes. I feel mean now in case I've made Caitlin feel worse :(
  • Right I have just got an email from the girl I bought the sleeping bags off saying that the £2 p&p was not enough, and can I pay an extra £2.45 to her paypal account

I'd ask her to confirm the wight of the parcel and check how much it costs myself.
I'm sure royal mail don't charge extra for NI ?? its her problem if she didn't put the right ammount on the listing, I've made that mistake once and I just accepted the loss coz it was my fault

Yeh, it's such a faff isn't it. Then because you don't know how much they've actually had, you have to wait the four hours before you can give more.

I was tempted to put 5ml in Caitlin's (dosage is 2.5ml for 2-3 month olds and 2.5ml-5ml for three months plus) as she'll be 13 weeks on Sun and three months date-wise on Mon but then thought I'd better not.
