MFD due to the anual fee plus crap economy, Chris's CTF is now not worth the 250 he started off with

STOPTOBER CHALLANGE ... here we go !!
  • When do you go back to work, MFD? I will miss you :D.

I haven't taken the CTF that seriously really as both of mine have their own 'real' savings account for their 'oodles' of cash which, if necessary, can be accessed before 18.

I too went with enagage mutual purely due to the £50 Quidco cashback which I then invested in their real account (but it took well over a year before I got my mittens on it!). I also received £20 Boots for setting up a £20 S/O but cancelled very soon after ;).

Can I have a little moan?

My wonderful hubby has been busily arranging a big surprise for my birthday (It's a big one this year) and I love a good surprise... And he's terrible at keeping secrets... So I already knew that we were going to London and he was taking his Dad and StepMum with us to watch the children while we did something just the 2 of us... He was making out that with paying for the hotel and train tickets for us and for them too (he offered to pay thinking they would refuse but they didn't...) it would be something low key like a meal...

His Dad and StepMum came down today for a visit and his Dad went to hand Hubby and envelope earlier saying: The tickets for the show and the train are in there... Right in front of me... I'm over the moon we're going to see a show (and not even in the cheap seats!!!!) But so gutted that my surprise has gone :( That's my big present too so there's nothing exciting to open on the day....
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

SB I go back to work on 2nd November but have sorted my holidays so I will only be doing 2 or 3 days until January! I am really happy to be going back and easing myself in slowly but I guess I am worried that Benjamin won't look at me ever when I do go back!!!

My babba just woke and I went to settle him to be greeted with the most almighty trumps coming from such a little thing!!! He stinks of the chilli I gave him for dinner...ooops!!!
