I just threw up my dinner, because of that heartburn. It's killing me, I've tried milk even though I hate it too, nothing is working!! God it's awful....
My 5 year old sister picks up a jar of baby chocolate pudding, think it's HIPP, everytime she goes into Asda. She loves it!! I tried it, tastes like very milk rice pudding to me!0 -

BM Milk isn't recommended for heartburn..................
ETA Contrary to popular belief, milk is not a recommended antidote to heartburn. A glass of milk does provide immediate relief as it goes down, but milk contains calcium and protein, and these eventually stimulate even more acid production in the stomach. This can cause a more severe heartburn that can return in as little as a half an hour.Everyone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070 -

I didn't go Glam! My mum bailed out on me at the last minute, I'm still sending my application off though, but the dude in the RSmcoll I go by after Keira's nursery is away to see if there is a job for me at the RS in town, as it's open till 10pm as it's an off license too, that would be good, could work 4/5hours a night! Think he fancies me tbh, seems to enjoy watching me bend over to stuff diet coke in my handbag everyday.
So what helps heartburn? I dunno what to take now!0 -
