Popping over from preg thread again - Can anyone tell me where i can get maternity / nursing bras with a large back size (44) apart from ebay? Tried emma b ones but they are too uncomfy now.

    Thanks very much:D

how about Royce? M&S do 44 back size if you just want some comfy ones to wear (but not nursing unfortunately)

Tigs wow he is looking really good

My friend just text to say one of the woman we use to work with deaths in the paper, bit of a shock. Knew she was battling cancer but didn't realise she had so short a time left with us. She leaves 2 kids 19 and 16 and there Dad died of cancer to years before I knew them. Life is soooo cruel sometimes.
I got a long cuddle, he was awake and alert throughout, responding to us both. It was lovely and I feel all mushy now :o

Oh Tigs you've about got me in tears

OMG there is more pages appearing as I read lol

This is for new parents or those with youngish babies, I've not T&C but it might be useful to someone

Jake starts nursery on thursday im so nervous!! He keeps getting upset saying he's gonna miss me as well he's so soft!! he's excited as well though, I just hope he likes it!

Am gonna start jasmine on a few meaty dishes this week, was thinking spag bol, have bought some passata, would that blended with mince n a bit of veg be ok? I normally use dolmio so not sure how to make it properly!!

I managed to get a few bits from asda yesterday that were reduced, got a bath swivel seat for her n lots of nappies n pull ups for jake so am all stocked up now!

Apparently the window of opportunity for weaning is five to seven months, so they want to start Rhys as early as possible in case he has issues like he did taking to bottle feeding - ie he could always swallow but couldn't suck and needed teaching to suck, so he might need extra teaching to chew as well, iyswim :)

As has r.mac and feelie.. where are you both? :(

MacSmiler is around - she was on FB earlier (I think it was today anyhow!) but she has a moving, eating baby too! She was saying she finds it hard to keep up too!

Personally, we struggle with the jars and packets of food. Benjamin just doesn't seem to take to them very well...other than the puddings (which to be fair, I don't often make anyway!!). I do worry about them too - they start off reasonably thick and then go thin after they have been open for a while

Today Benjamin had chilli :D I just pureed a bit of our chilli up with some creme fraiche and some baby rice (to make it thicker) - hubby was all raised eyebrows but Benjamin loved it :D I reckon the sooner I get him eating our meals the easier my life will be ;) DSS still won't eat 'spicy' and it can be a pain in the a$$ at times!

The baby stage is easy! (unless you get a non-sleeping one) It's once they get locomotive that the trouble starts, and it just gets worse, wait till you get a NO! yelling toddler running about with a crayon!

LOL!! Is that why the mommies seem to hang around here for 6 months or so and then slowly disappear?
Benjamin is into everything at the moment! He has also got a dose of separation anxiety which means he gets all upset every time I leave the room  so much for my independent baby!!!

Edit - forgot to say Tigs he looks fantastic!! If you do get to keep hold of the vest I would snaffle it for your memory box ;) you can always replace it with another of the same size if you feel guilty! Gotta keep the first clothes that baby wears!!

JHA, search for front fastening bras in your size, you may have better luck? And they work well for nursing bra's.

ETA, this may be of a help?
