I'm feeling a bit better thanks :) Could of done with some more sleep as had to keep getting back up and there was an incident in bed which resulted in me needing to change my pyjama bottoms, nice....

Dunno why I got that? Only thing I could of eaten that was dodgy was a sandwich from the BP, £2.95!

Hope everyone and babies are good :)

SM - You CAN freeze whole eggs (broken, not in the shell :p) http://www.jamieoliver.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=28849
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

  • Someone was asking about washable wipes... Not had my cheeky wipes pack yet so can't pass comment on it... But I was thinking about how to make your own :money:style...

Face cloths 3 for £1, say four packs, cut each flannel in half it would make 24 wipes... £4
Storage boxes £1.49 1 for mucky, 1 for clean so £2.98
Mesh bag insert if you don't want to touch the dirty wipes £1.99
Water proof bag for taking out and about £2.45 1 for mucky, 1 for clean so £4.90
    Lavendar essential oil £3.49
    Tea Tree Oil £3.49

    Grand total: £20.85

    Cheeky wipes equivalent: £34.95...

And that's just a quick web search, I'm sure you could probably get most of the stuff in poundland... To be honest, I would probably forgoe the waterproof bags and just take a plastic box out with me... And I'm more than likely just going to leave the dirty wipe tucked inside the dirty nappy and put in the nappy bag...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Yay! :j The swaddle blanket worked! Liam feel asleep on watching TV on the floor (he was on a blanket :D) just before 9pm. Took him up, wrapped him in his swaddle blanket and he went back off straight away :) we didn't hear a peep until 6:30am :T:T:T Hubby got up and changed and fed him - his alarm goes of at 6:30 to get up at 7 - then he lay on our bed watching GMTV, shouting and napping - at 8:30 both Liam and Mummy got another hours sleep :)

I feel relatively normal today :j:j I got a brew in bed from hubby and I've even made myself another and had toast, and we're both dressed!!!

SM/Weezl - thanks for the food info, I''m keeping notes ;)
SM - if the mince was frozen straight away it will be ok kept in the fridge overnight...and I reccomend quiche for the eggs.
AM - I look for budles that include a few full outfits. I personally don't like all tops or all bottoms bundles cos thenI would hav eto find something for them to go with IYSWIM

Yeah Aston is like that, he dont mind the tomatoes, its the other 'vegibles' (onions, carrots and peppers) because we make our own sauce, I seperate his bit and blend it in my totally fantastic baby blender which gets used all the time these days, it's great!
I might ask OH for an all singing all dancing one for xmas as the lindam one is only small, but does the trick all the same lol

This is what I was thinking, so how many 'outfits' per bundle?
I would rather do it that way cos there is soooo much!
