Bruno I think they'd be fine if you can present the photocard part of licence they prob make you send of for a replacement and then go back, they only really need it to print the endorsement on it.

That is just uunbelievable, Sugar. What does OH have to say, is their presence in the house not his responsibility?! How aggravating for you!

I'm really annoyed, but I don't hold OH responsible for his friends. If anything I'm more responsible because I took them out into a beer festival. I just can't imagine any situation where, being over the age of 15, I'd think it was acceptable to get so drunk I threw up while a guest in someone's home.

Sorry about your parking ticket - how frustrating!

Oh, sure, nothing particularly against the police. Just a question of whether some vast machine of justice has cogs which start turning after a week if someone hasn't ticked the "counterpart licence submitted" box on a record somewhere. I am sure it will all be fine... ish.

I take the point about the beer festival Sugar :) really I meant the combined effort with lack of apology etc, which to me is the sort of thing I would really really expect. Anyway, hopefully they go away soon and without more drama!

    'Night all! :)

    hi all,

weezl - when you are next on, have you made anything like 'taggie' blankets that you can buy http://www.chicaandjo.com/2008/07/22/make-your-own-taggie-blankets/

That is really weird, as I was lieing in bed last night thinking that Weezl should make taggies!!! (not in a perverted way of anything):p

Since Hubby managed to look after little one without breaking her whilst I was on a course for 6hrs on Friday, I allowed him to look after her again this morning whilst I went to Asda (nothing reduced in baby event in my nearest - boo sucks). I think he feels more confident and I am letting go just a little.:o

Sadly, the course I went on regarding injuries to children caused by parents/carers made me want to cry. I had to look at photos of babies with terrible injuries, like bite marks, belt strap marks, burns all over etc. It was a bad choice of course to go on the first time I left the baby!!

oooh baby is awakening. Better go pat her for a bit xxxxxxxxxxxxx
