I was thinking of doing some walking to help shift some weight. What's the recommended? Is it 30 mins 3 times a week?

i need to start walking again, i used to do loads. walking round the zoo for 4-5 hours yesterday reminded me how unfit i am, i dont know how i will be able to cope with running around at work! it was fine before cos they let me off a lot of it being PG, but i'll have no excuse now!

Well I have the canal nearby and could go walking along there, but it's a steep hill back home! It's the perfect excuse really with the pushchair.
