Jumperoo - what age did you put them in the jumperoo? Can see it says 6 months but not sure if you used it earlier - am thinking of getting one for Jack for Christmas. £20 off in Babies R Us - plus people want to contribute to a nice pressie and rhys sounds like he's having sooo much fun :j

Weezl - I am in the pre 2008 pension but I think I get the option to change to the new one of I want. I joined in 2004.
SO I better get OH to make an honest woman out of me then!

Sparkle - a new pushchair??? But I won't recognise you!!!
I'm going Monday if you want to met up

Madwoman - My HV contacted us on around Day 10 and came out on Day 16 (I think!). Our MW don't discharge you until you've had HV visit

Elle - My friend used a pin when she was trying to do it in the middle of the night

LAdy - have you heard about job?

Nicki - great news that Edward is gaining weight :T Do you call him Ed or just Edward?

Well - the cot is now in our bedroom but still not got sheets

Anyone else get the Tixylix Baby Monitor from lloyds - I think AM or AF mentioned it back on preg thread. I can hardly hear anything when I'm downstairs and it's hard to get it 60cm away from Jack because of where the plugs are (could use an extension lead I know!)

Might have to get another one

Finally had a dirty nappy this morning - last one was Monday night!

Hope everyone is OK, Feelie glad you have got through to someone!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

He's just Edward at the moment though it might get shortened when he's older. though one of the mums at school called him Eddie once in the hearing of OH and I swear I saw OH's testicles retract back into his body!

  • I must go back and catch up on more than just this page, but Glam, no I didn't hear about the job... they said it would "probably" be yesterday that they would call the person who has got it, and everyone else would get letters, so I assume I've not got it, but they could just be disorganised. Either is possible ;) I'm going to hedge my bets and carry on looking anyway!

But right now I'm going to clear the airer and hang the next lot of washing out. It's exciting here!
