Have you claimed for all the others then diForgot to say in my above post, not knowing much about ppi etc back in 2005 and earlier, when we completed the FOS complaints form, we did originally complain about the 2 loans, as we thought then it was the lender for the first one as well.
Again prior to taking out that loan, every finance we did have with anyone, they always added ppi, credit cards with the bank as well.

Yes hun, have been successful with a few, still more ongoing though.
The first loan was sold by Twopart, but due to learning more on the ppi mis selling by the time we had the loan advance with lender Nemo, we sorted that one out first, that one was the one resolved with the FOS, wish we had thought to sort out the first one with Twopart now, before they did to into liquidation, but there we go, suppose we would have still been in the same situation with going to the FSCS in the end with them.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Just got this e-mail - which follows telephone conversation. Does not mention cheque which the telphone call did!!!!!!

Hi folks
Yes the e-mail was from FSCS.
My claim is 4 my friends who was turned down was 157.
They were told initialy back in may for who the operator was at Picture but were told nothing more would happen until they were in default in August they got letter from Deloitte advising they were dealing and would contact them for further info.
They have never claimed on the policy.
I am stuck at home myself and family have all been quarantined with swine flu :eek:
