Oh! ! ! !
Its worked.
Now all I need to do is remember how I did it.
This is me and Ernest BTW who gave me away at my wedding. He used to be our neighbour but one, and has supported my family loads.
I posted this, 'cos someone asked me to post some wedding photos.
The kids from my class came too, as the church was just up the road from my school.0 -

Its a long time since i ordered anything but the last thing that i bought was online and it was a set of bedtime story audio books for a friends little one and i`ve not bought anything since so i think that it`s fairly safe to say that you shouldn`t need to buy anything more.
Topher - Love the pics, thanks for posting them.

Love the pics Topher (and I asked for them
). My own wedding was 5 years ago so I have to live vicariously through other peoples weddings these days as I can't afford to do it again (with my H of course
) Love the fact that your school kids came too.
Valk - I did this too the other day. I was attempting to clear some clutter and house looked worse than when I started which was not the intention.
Was talking to my parents today and I got the wrong end of the stick about some news about my granShe's found a lump in her breast and I thought they'd said the lump was likely NOT to be cancer but it seems I misheard and the Doctor said it is likely to be cancerous - she's waiting to have a biopsy done but it is a very small lump. She's 88 but the worst thing is I don't actually feel too sad about it
I am not close to my gran (I don't actually like them all that much) but feel guilty that I ought to feel something. I guess I feel more for my dad as it's his mum at the end of the day. I am not looking for sympathy - just needed to post this somewhere as it's rattling round my head

Evening everyone
Been rather busy today, woke up at 5.30 and knitted (knit)? until 7am as I want to get a cardigan finished for DGNpw before we go, finished the second front and now am half way up both sleeves. Then emptied the cupboard under the sink as 1) I can't get anything else in there or find what is in there and see what I have 2 of :oto take to DS who has moved into a friends house to share it and he has just bought it, so funds are tight. Managed a box full of all sorts including some washing powder. I've also sent DS the freezer list to see what they can take from that to let me switch the old freezer off before I go ., cleaned the shelves and then DH put it back (I'll never find anything ever again:D)
I got my house+contents insurance renewal yesterday which staggered me,, so I have been comparing like mad and found the same cover for less than half. LW - check out yours. Managed to get 60 away from home for my trips, but ony can find a multi-trip travel for 45, other than that it is an extra £45 per trip, so may do 45 day trips.
Gone through all my tops and jumpers and shorts to see what I am taking with me, throwing out, and then put the rest back.
Sorted out with the Dr and Hospital re the cyst that is isn't and they now say there is 2mm of bone and 5mm of cyst so needs an exploratory. Think I may just keep the bump, especially if I need a full anaesthesic as I don't react well to them.

Right off to watch wounded and knit to finish the sleeves.

:rotfl::D that made me smile Jackie!:T as you say there is always someone worse off and I am watching the programme on BBC1 about the injured soldiers which is so sad - those poor lads and their families, my heart goes out to them.Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Hi everyone :hello:
Topher - love the pics!
DH and I have been having a sort out of clothes that are falling apart and are unable to be donated to charity. They're even past repair, some of them, but the shirts (frayed collars etc) I've realised I can take into school as "art shirts"! It'll get a few more years out of them!
I've got a cupboard full of stuff that I need to do a store cupboard challenge with, but I have to find some new, different recipes to use them up! Maybe a search through the recipe threads will be required.
Supper tonight was bacon & mushroom pasta. I need inspiration, as you can see!
Take care all.

I was watching this and am glad the news came on at 10pm - I couldn't see the TV for tears. Have V+'d the second half to watch on Friday whilst ironing.
Am off to see Evita at our local theatre tomorrow night...it's the touring production so should be quite good....love the film and will need to pinch myself hard not to sing all the songs

I saw the news with the soldiers last night. I was amazed to hear the soldier, a triple amputee saying that he was going on OK, there was always someone worse off! I wish I had half his spirit. Things like that put other stuff into perspective."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"
