Well this is my first lose weight day (since the last one obviously) feel a lot more positive though today. I don't really want to go to work but its a means to an end isn't it.
I hope you all have good mse days, and I'll be on here later tonight to catch up,
see you later

ok here goes
A fully paid off car
No debts
No overdraft
No huge commute to work
A lovely vegetable patch in the garden
To be a stone thinner
To have long nails that I dont bite
To be tanned
To have savings that are for a rainy day not specifically earmarked for something
To have a degree
To have a job I love
thats it for starters.....
Hi Missy,
Your goals are SO much more realistic than some of mine - the low calories pizza hut is just NEVER going to happen!
Well done on how much you've achieved so far, it's a great feeling ticking things off the list as you either achieve them or work towards them. Congratulations on the OU course, that's one step closer! xxLBM 17th August 2009 Debt at LBM £18,612 Proud to be dealing with my debts.0 -
Did you enjoy your extra 20 minutes sleep? I try and get as much sorted in the evening as I can as I hate wasting time in the morning- I like to get up and out as quick as I can so that I can make a dent in my planning or marking before the school day officially starts!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0

I did enjoy my extra twenty minutes in bed butI woke up at 0520 so i had a ten minute snooze and then read some of the diaries started my day off well, although the day went down hill from there.
I felt rather poorly all day and was so busy I just lost all enthusiasm.
But I'm not going to dwell on the bad things, the good things are, I went to the gym and I managed to eat really healthily.
Am snuggled on the sofa with my duvet and a lovely bowl of soup, and the fire going, the darling buds of may is on in a minute too, heaven!!
Yes I'm aware I'm a saddo
