Crikey am shattered, have done the soup washed up and done my pineapple and salad for tomorrow. still need to hang all the clothes up to dry take the ironing board back upstairs and have a bath.

But I need to get organised so to be more relaxed and less stressed, I'm going to try and get up later as I will have a lot less to do, so I wont be so tired, my lunch is sorted and healthy, also have some yummy herbal tea to keep me going..... and my uniform is all sorted.

so heres to a less stressed and more postive approach. Going to do some sort of exercise tomorrow, and will try and get a sunbed session in. Going to try and be in bed for ten tonight too.

Trying to do things in the breaks of hugh fernly whats is name.
