    Hi Misty,

Thought I'd drop in and say hello. I'm intrigued by the idea of pizza fajitas...tell me more!

Lentils are dirt cheap from an asian supermarket - you can buy a sack for only a few pounds and they last forever (like years!).

Seems like you are doing well, good luck with it going on xx

Massive apologies - meant to put the links in for the thrify xmas threads, only just realised now I didn't.

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1678781&highlight=

Thats the making money part of the thread and organising ourselves, tips + hints etc.
Don't worry, its 75 pages long - but the link will get you to 1st page, just need the 1st and last page.

Thats the sister thread, its the spending money thread, but all at a bargain, basically getting organised for xmas + birthdays, with challenges thrown in.

Again, don't worry, just do the 1st page + the last,

Apologies I hope I'm not coming across as bossy boots, just that dont want anyone to have a heart attack at the amount of pages xx

oh no mum2one no one thinks you are a bossy boots, I will take a look later.

Well I'm back from tea at my mums, was lovely but didn't do much for the diet or for my petrol for that matter, but nevermind, nice to see her all the same. Still intending on losing my 3lb by monday so fingers crossed, will have to be good this weekend. My day was ok, boss is still an !!!! but no suprises there. I did manage to avoid dps, although I think I'm supposed to be seeing a friend on saturday shopping, so that will be a real test of will power!!

my bum is much less sore now and although I now have a very healthy glow type tan, my face is peeling, ooooh how wonderfully attractive I am!!!!

What's everyone up to this weekend?

    Speak soon

Me again, another bright idea - if your spending too much money on clothes pop across the thread £100 challenge for clothes.

The idea being, that you have an initail £100 budget for the year (can have extra say if ur going to a wedding), but if you want to add to it, you ebay ur old clothes..
Def cured me, I bargian hunt to the extreme, (hard as I'm built for comfort not speed - so my main shops are Ann Harvey, Evans, M+S plus range (have to go 40 miles), at a push Sainsburys, Asda, Tesco once in a blue moon when they do a bigger size range.
    So far only spent £88.
