My Budget, Need Help

Can someone please answer me this question? My partner is in as much debt as me maybe even more, while I make efforts to pay she pays nothing yet daily she has junk mail from at least one credit card company offering her something, or if its not credit cards its loans, I have yet to receive one of these mailings and Im almost 30.
Then we have the situation with bank accounts, I have kept mine well, no charges etc yet ask them for an overdraft they tell you to run and jump, yet my OH doesn't even need to ask they offer. I got !!!!!! of with Alliance and leicester doing nothing to help me so decided to apply elsewhere, all I can get offered is a damn cash card, I want a debit card.
It actually makes me wonder if there is something going on with my credit file, is this type of thing normal?
I worry about my OH to be honest, I mean in lands a letter today saying she has been accepted for a Vanquis card with guaranteed £1000 starting limit, She neve applied for one, these type of things just land in almost like to tempt herThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. Ok things have taken a turn for the worst, Not sure what to do now.
Yesterday in arrived a red letter from BT, I was a bit surprised as I never received the first bill, but I said to my OH, "Oh yes its there I must have forgot to tell you" anyway there it is a bill for £215 which includes broadband for the next quarter, I phoned BT to see if I could have more time to pay, "Oh no we have done that twice already this year, can't do it again, your line will be disconnected on 11th Oct" so disconnected tomorrow and £0 to pay anything. Yes we have a budget but when your paying bills etc yourself the budget goes out the window, we have already ran out of heating oil so are sitting in the cold at the min, the only thing I can think of is to sell my computer, might get £100 for it and a few bits and bods of satellite gear might get £100 for them to. It kills me to sell the computer as apart from keeping me sane its a very useful device for looking for new jobs, reclaiming charges etc, plus I know when it goes, I wont be able to save to get another one.
So to sum up, I am off line from tomorrow and need some help on how to get out of this current situation.
Everything has came to ahead at once, heating oil running out, car needs a service, electric bill, phone/internetbill and I have been living on pain killers this week because of a toothache with my wisdom tooth and can't afford to go and see about it.
If I look at my pay this week £230, I have £120 rent, Credit union £30, House insurance £12, tempory oil £10, electric top up £10, £40 shopping and £10 to keep going all week, My OH has to buy petrol for the car pay child minder etc, she has very little left herself and its the same every week.
I have had a couple of ideas, 1 being paydayloans, but knowing my luck with loans probably wont help and will void my DMP, and another being switch telephone and internet suppliers, I am still in contract with the internet though so dont know what way that would work, I ahve 6 months left which will cost £150

I got rid of BT years ago, beat thing i ever did. Got a contract with 3 paying £25 a month and a dongle for the internet which costs me £5 a month. You can save loads on your shopping by buying their own brands, we spend £40-£50 a week for four of us.0

Well you wanted to shock your other half if she isn't shocked by this nothing will shock her.
Why don't you pay your phone bill monthly? We are with Talk talk and they are 1/2 the price of bt but if you go via https://www.quidco.co.uk you can get a decent cash back too.0 -

Just put up a long post and lost it.

You can get a dongle to stay on line, or check out the libraries close to home or work.
Talk to the credit union and see if they can help you.
Can i aks if your discussions with PAyplan have fully involved OH, or have you been doing the organising and her just going a long because it meant more money available each month?
You need to talk to OH's mother and explain tell her exactly what has happened over the last month as you did on here. If nothing else that may stop the weekend away.
And do you want to stay with this woman? There is a whole thread on economic abuse on the Money Saving in Marriage and relationships section and I think you need to read it.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Do nt go anywhere near a payday loan, please, please. Not only will it wreck the DMP, it makes it impossible for you to ever get out of this mess.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

I phoned BT and got a MAC code for broadband, not an attempt at getting me to stay, don't know where I am going yet right enough, there are no decent offers for non LLU lines, for calls I am going to Talk TalkThis is a system account and does not represent a real person.
