I am here Bookie....have been working but still don't feel well so am going to have some lunch, cup of tea and watch some House....

Join the 12 week challenge bookie......I know you think you will fail but just put something in that you COULD achieve. You could aim to apply for five jobs a week, cut out drink or cakes or just one thing....Just one thing that you do actually achieve will make you feel better. Do that rather than putting loads of things down that you probably know in your heart of hearts you aren't going to achieve..

You are in a hard place right now so beating yourself up isn't gonna make it any easier. As a couple of people have said, you don't need to pay money out to be taught how to lose weight. Just cut down a bit at the minute and fight the boredom eating demons....

Bookie, it would be lovely to see you on the 12 week challenge thread.

I have set myself very easy challenges to be honest, but I need achievable baby steps at the moment, more to stop myself slipping any further than to actually move forward.

Oooooh, in very exciting news, my bin has been emptied!! :j :j

First time this month. Considering our 'special relationship', you'd think the bin men would have made a bit of an effort to empty my bins during the strike, wouldn't you. :rotfl:

    Bookie

Get yourself over the the 12 week challenge..like sammy said you can put down some very easy things that you want to achieve, even something like make sure im up, washed and dressed by 9am. Its about doing something positive to make yourself feel better!

DD has come home today and has learnt how to whistle...random! Going to head off to the playpark in a bit, also need to post an ebay parcel. I am going to runclub tonight, because I will still be home by 7:30 and have the whole evening to mong and feel better for having been!

Sammy hope you feel better soon
Snags are you still feeling yesaroooney positooney :)
