Yes, pretty much thanks hun. More tired today, but definitely a lot brighter.

Is B still enjoying school? How are you doing?

  • Yay it would be good to see you over there Bookie - like the others said it doesn't need to be anything huge. One of mine is just to do something constructive every day - i.e. sorting out a problem, doing some gardening that needs done, making something, etc.

  • Hi Guys, back home now. A bit stiff but otherwise ok. Here are a few Great North Run photos (the rest will be on my facebook page)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Wow Linda, I can't believe how well you looked after running a half marathon! I'm really impressed with how well you did.

Hallsy, where in Italy are you going? There's loads of places in Italy I want to go, I've started saving my £2 coins up for mini holidays/weekend breaks.

I love the cinema too, I've got a disabled card that lets me take a free carer but have no-one to go with! I used to go every week, then realised how much it was costing and got sky movies instead - it's cheaper and I get to see more films. I've got to wait a year to see them, but I'm managing to do that better than I expected.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

You can buy double yolked eggs from Morrisons!

It's great to get a surprise double yolker though!

Can someone please tell me to go to run club....

I feel pants, nose is running and I would really like to sit on the sofa and then go to bed. I'll save myself £1 and having to fill the car up ontop if I don't go. Or I can get my lazy arrrse down there....whatch think?

Feel like I shall fail my 12 week if I don't go :(
