Morning everyone

Bookie, good luck with your quest to lose weight hun. I'm starting a lose weight/get fit attempt today. Yes, I know I start one every week
 Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Morning all
God I have such a sore throat and sinusitus again grrr
Another beautiful day here, walked to work
and this afternoon going to take Bea to borough gardens playpark to burn some energy off. Supposed to be run club tonight and its in my 12 week plan but will have to see if I feel up to it...I will try not to make excuses!
Bookie, have to say I LOVE slimming world, never thought I would get my head around it but couple of weeks in it became easier and its certainly worked for me. Ive always done weight watchers before though. But saying that you do HAVE to be in the right frame of mind to want to loose the weight otherwise you will just end up at square one. Could you not factor in an hours walk everyday, that would certainly help and then just cut down on the biscuits, wine etc?
Maz sounds like another good weekend
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Morning all!
Becky, a monday morning without coffee, I wouldn't be able to cope!
Bookie, I've lost loads of weight doing the 'healthy eating plate' - it's basically about how to eat different food groups in proportion to each other. You're supposed to eat a third fruit and veg, a third carbs and the other third split between fats, protein and dairy. I've got loads of leaflets you can borrow, if you pm me your address I'll send them down to you.
I'm going to make some phonecalls and then go back to bed for a day of rest and reading.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
Hi Luc.
Everybody seems busy and organised this morning.
I'm still in PJs and can't be bothered to move.
Tempted to go back to bed and ignore the day.0 -

Probably Slimming World, combined with exercise hun. I dont just want to lose weight, I want to try and get fit too
Trouble is, I cant find my SW books at the moment and cant remember how to do it. I've never been to classes, I dont have the confidence. The books I have are about 5 years old, and were given to me by a friend. Maybe I should brave a week to get the new books
