1.Ditch the fee wanting DMP company, and go with one of the free ones.
2. Open a new basic bank account, and get all wages/benefits paid into there.
3. Find the three DCA's whose loans are statute barred, and ask then for it in writing (there are template letters on here, but can never find them!)
4. Please PLEASE go to your GP or your hubby's specialist and let them know the problems he is having and that you are having too. They may be able to give him some more specialist help and give you some help too with coping with this and may make things a bit easier** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

Payments made to the debts in any form including DMP would count - when was the LAST payment EVER that you made on them? even it was a £1 goodwill payment? That's the date the statute barred clock starts ticking from. Just because they are not on your credit report doesn't mean they don't exsist or have been written off. They may very well NEVER rear their ugly heads again but I think you need to be aware that unless you have a letter from the creditor stating they will not chase the debt in future then it's not written off...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! elfen, ive already tried the cccs and as ive already said on the previous page, i couldnt afford to wait too long, the debts near enough doubled on the cccs dmp, thats why i went to a fee paid one in the 1st place, who by the way have already been paid in full for their fees, now leaving the creditor payments left only., number 2, i did that years ago, and barclays havent touched my finances before i do ever since i changed.1.Ditch the fee wanting DMP company, and go with one of the free ones.

3. i have al;ready done, thats why i have the written proof already sat here infront of me on the pc unit. as for 4. ive tried so much already and they all say they cant help him unless he wants the help, since the 21st hes attending counselling with a psychologist once a week.
and MrsTine, all last payments EVER to the written off creditors were made on the 28th july 2003 and on the 11th and 25th august 2003. The reason they were on the dmp is only because they still tried their luck 6years later, which i legally argued with the cccs as i wasnt aware of the 6year thing until the cccs dmp was set up, by then the charges had more than trippled, being that its unfair, i took them all to court over it to prove its been 6years since the last payment and that i was out of pocket between then because of the charges,
and because of the big charges they slapped on i couldnt afford to pay the remaining debts i still have now, at the time, hence the change of dmp, as i was kept waitin too long.Legal Fees £1325.00

barclays have carried on denying any reclaiming and adding charges to the debt outstanding,.
santander cards have denied any letters we sent out to them stating theres no dispute, and having paid half the loan with welcome finance back in may, which santander questioned, both santander and welcome are carried over to the dmp, and our welcome loan has been re-charged and our credit cards have been re-credited im assuming, though ive checked my welcome balance and its not been re-debited as of yet.could santander shift their debt to welcome finance still?being they have disputed our christmas shopping and have re-credited that too, dont know whther to laugh or cry, coz now we are expecting to be owing out more on welcome and are worried that the retailer where the xmas stuff came from will send out someone to collect everything back what we got the kids. Yet the balance of santander has now nearly cleared on paper,
natwest have started the test case so as to process my reclaim,
tax credits have refunded me another £2.10.lol and will accept £20 a month, which i have arranged with them, ive since sent them another letter stating its in dispute and they cant recover any funds until its solved.
the new figures are as stands here:
