Guess it's RoD tomorrow - dreading it! Still, have done better than expected so far. DH asked if sister had visited yesterday (she has lovely showroom standard house!) so Flying must be making a difference.

My 7yr old DD is off school with a bad eye infection so been docs today. She's got to have eye drops every 2 hours and she hates me for it cos it stings so much :o
She read my list on pg1 and wanted to know why Monday's got a special name and Tuesday is plain old Tuesday. So she spent the next half hour giving Tuesday a name... terrible tuesday, terrific tuesday, tidy tuesday, etc, etc, etc. I feel like I've had an English lesson:rotfl:

    Hi again,

I've done the school run. Ds2 was naughty on the way home and kept poking Ds1 with his Sonic Screwdriver. Ds1 took it off him and Ds2 bit him:eek::mad:. He then proceded to scream the whole way home ( Ds2). I gave him a rolocking and sent him to his room to calm down and he went to sleep.

I think i'll go and do a HHI, the rabbits need cleaning out but i can do that later.

And wooooooo woooooooo whooooooooooooo!!!!! Two mentions by tootles in her post! I'm famous, i'm famous, i'm famous (and ever so slightly off my rocker!).....don't worry i've not been drinking!!!

I've just had to drop my DD off at the high school for a music event. She was ever so nervous (she doesn't start there until next year). Anyway, we got there, walked into the room and half of the children were up on their feet shouting 'hiya, how are you....come and sit here'. She knew most of them from when they were at her school. She was so relieved though i'm not sure how she feels as she had to sit next to one of those unknown, slightly odd species (according to her) 'a boy'! You should have seen her face!!!

I've popped home to put a shepherds pie in the oven before going back to collect her. I'm going to do a quick drawer whilst i'm here and then go. See you later xxxx
  • Mrs Chaos I have sent you a pm about your sink.

:rotfl: :p No, DH is spending a lot of time abroad over the next few weeks, so it's bitty things to keep me busy over that time :D Wanting to get organised with all the little jobs that keep hanging around :o

Baking all in the oven. Going to feed DS, pick DD up from the train and take her to the babysitting job (fist time with this family  ) then off to choir :j
