:rotfl::rotfl: Yes I've made jam before it is the fact that I've part cooked/part added sugar that is my dilemma - I'll look at the thread later, thanks xx

Good morning all, huge hugs for Zoe, I nearly cried reading how brave and strong you are being, hope you can get through the papers, and will be thinking of you tomorrow xx
no no no, dont cry :( i've done more than enough of that for all of us!

zoe. You are a strong brave woman. Take the time today to read the papers. They will have evidence of things he has done. It will be hard for you to relive it but just remember all of the flyladies will be standing there with you shoulder to shoulder. Just imagine a circle of protection around you and the children.
I love the idea of you all shoulder to shoulder in a big circle round me protecting me :o I shall keep this thought in my head when I am being badgered by Ex's horrible solicitor tomorrow xxx
ZOE Wow. You are a brave woman! You will also need a big box of tissues and someting to punch. You may find it quite theraputic - you never know. Good luck anyway and don't let the b'stards get you down. You have one heck of a lot of support.:money:
I've got my tissues and a huge pillow to hit :)

Lol your my stalker and I love it :p and how does being an aunty make you ancient?!!! I made my little sister an Aunty at the tender age of 8! Loves ya jinks, and thankyou for being there so much over the last few weeks. Sending huge good luck vibes for your friend, I will get jaimee to say a prayer for him tonight.
Remember the force of the flyladies is strong and we are all behind you xx

Well done zoe in your preparations for Friday, it can't be easy reliving all this BUT try to remember (I know easier said than done) they are words on a page that can't hurt you any more. You are doing this for your kids and you. By doing this now it will stp him hurting any of you in the future. I applaud what you are doing, a very brave but necessary step to take.
Thankyou, thats really made me think
Zoe ditto what the others have said. You're a strong lady, going through a heck of a time.
Remember that we're all there with you in spirit, virtually holding your hand, and giving you gentle back rubs. :)
Get em read babes, you can do it

I want to say a huge thankyou to all of you 00020143.giffor you comforting words and wonderful advice. Yes i know it is going to be hard but i also know i've got to do it so i am well prepared and in the right frame of mind. The thing is, their is only two ways the trial can go. One they keep the non-molestation order in place and he cant give me anymore grief. Two they drop the non-mol. If they do this, at the end of the day if he starts hounding me and threatening me again we can just go back to court and say 'look, you dropped it, he is still being a banker we need another one' So really it doesnt matter what the outcome is. I know his barrister is going to try and make me out to be a liar, I also know that ex is saying i am only doing this to stop him having acess to the children. Unfortunatly for him(he doesnt know this yet) my solicitor has uncovered cctv images, refuge reports and medical notes all backing up my claims. The thing is, when i was adviced to withdraw contact it was only suposed to be for a short period to let the children come to terms with what they had witnessed and have some councilling. We already have a court order in place for contact, and it is a shared residence order where he has access from thursday evening untill sunday morning. After the children had the support and help and they started to get over the nightmares and panick attacks(jaimee who is 5, lewis is 3 and doesnt really understand much of what is happening except he was distressed by witnessing the incident) my solicitor offered ex some sort of contact in the form of a few hours at a wackywarehouse with a social worker(we were told contact centers aren't a nice experiance)the date was set, times and place arranged. However two days before contact was to take place ex followed DH in the car and cornered him in a supermarket car park. He then proceeded to tell Jase he was going to come and teach me a lesson and personally sort me out. This chilled me to the bones as this is what he used to say to me if i had 'displeased' him, he would then come home and lay into me. Anyway, he was arrested for this and obviously we didnt let him have access to the kids. He is saying in his statments that i am only doing this to withdraw contact, despite me moving heven and effing earth to get him to see them. He is the one that keeps stuffing it up be being an @rse and he has the gall to say i'm only doing this to spite him! It just does my head in because, yes i do dispise him and would love nothing more for him never to see the kids again, however(apart from the mothersday inccident) he has never hurt the children and they love him dearly, they need contact with him. I just cant get out of my head that if they dont see him again, or its very limited visits they will(untill they can understand the full story) resent me for stopping them.

ETA. wrote the above at about 9am this morning lol and then left it whilst i was reading through some of the papers. Just made myself a cuppa and left them to one side for a little while so thought i'd jump on and update my list(i've honestly hardly done anything today) then i shall go and collect Jaimee and stick the kids in front of the free babysitter(tele) whilst i do some more reading. Hugs everyone and again, thankyou all for the support, I reallp apriciate it right now xxxx
