    Evening guys

Thanks for playing what's on your landing? The good news is the pictures are now on the wall, the toilet rolls up in the loft and I have located my ski socks to try the boots on. The bad news is there are now two huge boxes of toys from the loft for the kids to sort before my NCT sale this weekend.

Toots - I love the jar story.

Garden watered, time to get the ironing board out but I'll take your advise Toots and play with DS3 for 10 minutes first.

Sarah my sis put LP's in the loft and they warped !!!!!
Not a good place to store records - unless it's a conversion up there. The change in temperature will more than likely warp them.

ALL MY Vinyl (LPs and singles) is in my loft...

having said that they are stored vertically which is supposed to help.

Oh blimey........ you realise what this means don't you???????

They are going to have to stay on the blasted landing!!!

Thanks though everyone. I really didn't consider warping!

Here's what I managed to do in my first week. :D I'm really pleased, even though there's still sooo much to do. No more flying today for me, though. I've been out too much this weekend and still need to sort some washing. Apart from that, I've got lots to do for work in the morning. Hoping to go for one star next week. Bathroom, bedroom and living room are likely candidates. I'll check in later for tomorrow's list, but have banned myself from the thread for the rest of today.

Toots - I love the story. Have copied it and will e-mail it to lots of people when I get the chance.

I find it interesting reading about other people's Sunday dinners. Am I the only one who does a proper roast on a Sunday?

Nope - we usually do. Except for today as we're all feeling a bit urgh with colds at various stages, and I'm still tired from running an NCT sale yesterday. As no-one fancies food much we decided to pass this time.

Its just a great way to round off the week - good food, friends and/or family and good chat. An important fixture - which we'll be shifting to another day this week when we all feel a bit more like food.

    What's your favourite?

We've just had a HG spinach and squash lasagne, followed by HG apple pie and clotted cream :D DH usually cooks a Sunday Roast, but not this week as he's away ;)

Children home from camp filthy and exhausted :p They're watching TV while I clean the bath (they left the water for me to see how filthy it was :rotfl: ) and wash up. Normal service (them helping with the chores) will resume tomorrow :T

    Evening all,

We've spent pretty much all day sorting the garden. We filled OH's van 1 1/2 times with crap:eek:. I cleaned out the Wendy house once we'd emptied it and now Ds2 can play in there which he's pleased about.

I really need to do a HHI but i'm sooooo tired now.
