Thanks!
In the HHC I re-filled the WM with cushions and the throw from the playroom - splattered with porridge this morning. I have emptied the baskets in the back hall and have identified two pairs of small boys waterproofs and various thomas hats for re-housing - all age 2-3. Jumped in the bin, bagged up magazines for recycling, and put a chicken in the oven for lunch. Children have been rewarded for their efforts in the playroom, DS1 is allowed to Dyson it. It will be a sad day when he realises this is a job not a reward
.
SS- Toots remembers too
Mrs B - I found I actually ate more with SW, but instead of living on toast I actually eat wierd things like fruit and veg. A lot of my calories came from my mate Stella (classy me) which I gave up, and replaced to a far lesser extent with dry white wine. I am also highly dependent on dolce gusto black coffee - costs more but so much nicer than instant.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
ho hum
I have been on the Wii fir for the first time - I have a VERY blobby mii
age wise though I am almost my age...
weight erm begins with o and rhymes with cheese.
Valli - I shouldn't fret, I am a size 10 now and it still makes me blobby and says I am overweight. Very dense bones me, my Dad got his tested and it is true.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
I'm not fretting I know I am overweight. I trhink Mrs B's challenge is the way to go. I do like SW esp green days and used to win slimmer of the week and have stickers all over my book. But I like sweet stuff too.
Here goes for a new slim me (again)Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

I agree with Valli about not fretting... I dont think it should be a case of getting all down and miserable about it, more thinking positive to do something about it!
Shall I start a new thread for us to keep up with then?
Ive not done something like that before, only started one when i had a problem that needed answering... I suppose even if its only us that read it, it will be good...

Right... ok, you've got me.... I'm in too. I don't have a wii. However I pledge :- No booze until my birthday ( 10th Oct ) and then I'll recommit to no booze for a month.
- I'll walk faster with the dog, and put in an extra loop in the park.
You're right, it was about this time last year, and we did feel much better, and we did lose weight, and we did save money.
I feel a bit left out not having a Wii though! :rolleyes:MMSSB Club Founder Member
