Of course - how rude of me - ladies would you like a greasy egg and bacon breakfast - how about a grilled kidney on the side?
well I would but I have had toast. Pegged out two loads of washing (because I wanted to wash what I wore for the river clean) done my ironing, frowned at the sudoku and been offered a Wii fit demo by DD.
I have paired and allocated socks, turned down my bed to air (my bedroom gets full on sun so the washing that I ironed is in there airing.)

    Happy Birthday:bdaycake: Frankie M

    Morning all!

Been up for almost 2 hours and achieved nothing really, apart from downing two cups of tea to make me feel more human. DS2 and DH are out, cleaning the car  and visiting MIL. DS1 is still in bed - no danger of him getting in the way for a while yet...

I don't know if this is the done thing on a Sunday, but I'm going to go for a HHC from 11.00. Gives me just enough time to scoff a quick breakfast first.

I just didn't want you all to think I was languishing in bed feeling 'under the weather' LOL

So Mrs B are you on for your new challenge ?? No booze and lots of Wii fit? Given that I'm probably going to spend the day lazing around, I'm a little tempted to join you.... only a little tempted mind you! :D

absolutely definately! Its one of those "has to be done" moments. If I carry on the way Im going, im going to end up massively overweight (Im getting there already!) and probably an alcoholic ( I kid you not!)

Ive worked out today, that it is 13 weeks to a certain annual holiday (), so if I can lose just a lb a week, I'll almost a stone lighter by then!!

I personally think just cutting out the wine will help a huge amount in the weight loss, but a bit of wii fit, can only help, as I am FAMOUS for being so unfit!!!:rotfl:

come on, join us!! from what Ive seen of the wii fit, its not too energetic!!!

ETA: No booze today for me, but Im starting on the wii fit tomorrow!
:rotfl:If you have made someone laugh today... check your skirt isn't tucked into your knickers!!!:rotfl:
    Mrs B you're a legend.

I would never think such a thing of one of our stalwart flyladies. :cool:However, I am languishing on the sofa while Mr Sh is making me pasta. A little early for pasta I know, but in the absence of bacon and eggs... it'll have to do! :D

Mrs B.... no firm commitment from me.... I need to consider that one carefully. :)

Morning all! Looks like you all had a lovely evening?

The Wii Fit is not that energetic, just dont be shocked by what your 'wii fit' age is at the start. I didn't go on mine for three months, and when I went back on I had lost two stones - it said well done on beating your 4lb off target but what a shame it took you so long :p. Mrs B a stone off by then is more than doable - I recommend Slimming World too although I do all red days as I dont like pasta, rice etc. I started this year nearly 14 stone, I aim to end it 10 something, still have the last few pounds to go so will join you all for this challenge. A mix of red days (so restricted wine!), running, weight off workout DVD, and I will dust off the wii fit from its hiding place under the living room sofa.

The house looks like a bomb site yet again after two hours of DH 'supervision' whilst I had my weekly lie in. I have now put the DW on, and the WM. S&S'd the worst of the kitchen, and picked up the bits of stuff the dog has destroyed that are too big for the Dyson. Bullied the boys into starting to tidy the playroom. DS1 has wet his bed yet again so all that plus his duvet to wash, haven't washed the uniforms yet, need to iron work stuff, blah de blah.

    Happy Birthday FrankieM
