Hi Ladies

Didnt get on last night as my DH took DD and I out for a Thai meal so no flying done. Its a lovely little restaurant that we go to and it was quite sad to see that we were the only ones in there on a Friday night (good job the place is no bigger than a front room, we didnt look too lost)

Had a long lie in this morning followed by a soak in the bath.

DH then surprised me with a late wedding present - unfortunately not very MSE but a wonderful surprise for me, he bought me my own number plate so I am now the proud owner of KAZ followed by the date and month of my birthday

The only flying I have done today is sorted the washing and been loading and reloading WM and TD.

I have however made a MASSIVE chocolate cake for our friends daughters birthday tomorrow. i have yet to workout how to transport it as I dont think I have a cake box big enough.

The kitchen is an absolute pigsty ut DH has refused to let me clean it up tonight and said we can do it together in the morning bless him. I hate coming down to it but I have a headache so was suffering a touch of CBA anyway.

Have had a quick flick through the thread and its nice to see some of you propping up the bar althought it looks like SarahShattered slipped down it a while back :rotfl:.

Happy anniversary to the Dustykittens and the cyclingyorkies and a very happy birthday to the one and only Valli (as for The Commitments, brilliant film and they are fab live too. Saw them last summer at our local town festival and they were brilliant even tho' we did get wet through watching them.

Quillion - thanks for asking about DH. We have word from an inside source that they will give him another assessment in a months time. Luckily he chose to sit the written paper after they failed his scenario and they said he had a high level of knowledge so will let him have another chance. Its weird though as he has done hardly any shifts this month, he only did one last week and 1 the week before so hoping they pay him what he's contracted for.

'm sure there's lots more going on but I cant rememer as it was a very quick flick through, so love and hugs to all of you
