    toochoosy.. whatever works for you hun...I have agreed with OH that our only night of drinking will be wednesday nights (he works all weekend and has to take the kids to clubs the other nights) my problem is with the fact that I ended up having a glass (or two, ahem) most nights and its showing in my weight!!
    I read today that a (small pub sized) glass of rose has 124 calories:eek: and I down a LOT more than a small glass per night!!!!

    I always drink lager but it's bad, but I did it...........if you want to be strict, clear shorts...gin, vodka etc and diet coke/lemonade is the best.....but I get stooopid on shorts.
    Haven't upgraded siggy in a while(obv.) but 2 more pound and I will have lost half a stone, another half to go and I'm nearly to target.

    we had a lovely, sweet older (than me anyway lol) lady on the litterpick/river clean.
    She is a friend of Holmebrook Valley Park and litter picks in between so to speak.
    She, very recently, found a VIBRATOR
    with BATTERIES

    I didn't dare ask her how she knew it had batteries in....
