when we were on the river clean (me, scouts, scout leaders, older then me people from the community forum some teenage girls came by

and asked

if we were on community service !

(Owen the van driver who shares my birthday which is today BTW said - as the girls were lookking at the OAPs at the tim.'do they LOOK like criminals?)

ooh.. the 101 in 1001 looks fun.. I may have to think on it...

I usually have 6 things a year I want to get done.. this year I've done 2.. finish college & start uni... I have yet to decorate DD2's room, my room or the girls room or finish the landing!

I wanted to get the hall stairs and landing carpetted before xmas but I can't really afford that right now... I also need to replace the 3 kitchen window frames as 2 are rotten and I dread to think what they'll cost! I also need a new bed and have to get DD3 a new bed too! See.. told you I have a list!

No ............. it's on my extras to do but, realistically, I don't think I'd keep up with posting on it :rolleyes: So not sure whether to bother with it

but youve done a list though?
So if you did one of those free blogs thingies (ohhh Im SOO techinically minded:rotfl:) you could just cross it off as you did it and it would keep the idea "alive" for you..

i was reading about this today and i LOVE the idea of it. as I said Im not sure I could think of 101 things ( i gather it takes a while to compile the list) but it would be nice to have goals. I saw that a few people had goals that involve learning new hobbies/skills which appeals to me.. although i cant think WHAT I would do, at the moment...
