Well you know how the song goes..two out of three ain't bad.
Managed to get through the kids uniforms and my work trousers, but then MIL rang for a natter. Still got 4 workshirts to do (not counting the chock full tumble dryer..but out of sight and all that:D)Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j0 -
DD1 has been comatose in bed all day.. from 10;30 last night.. I keep going in to check she is still in the land of the living.. if she whinges when I wiggle her covers she is fine lol... Think she has contracted the SF now.. GLEE!!!
DD4 and 5 are snotting alarmingly.. they are NOT having time off school!
Booked dinner for 20 next Saturday fo DS1's 18th which is Tuesday.. but we are all busy until then.. I need to order him a cake on Monday too.. beer or rugby orientated!
I asked XH if he wanted to come apparently I am so abhorrent he cannot bear to spend a couple of hours at the same restaurant as me (20 of us going so he could sit miles away!) not even for the sake of his children.. I was even nice enough to invite his current woman.. and he went off yelling and name calling.. again.. it does get dull.. then he hung up the phone on me before I even got chance to ask him if he was seeing the children tomorrow.. well he can hoof right off in short, sharp jerky pirouettes if he thinks he is having them overnight the next 2 weekends.. what a kn()bhead!!
I found a mini bit of floor in my pit.... and OH found a bit more.. other than the coughing he is almost back to his usual self thank goodness... I can't cope with sickies!!
I have a bag of rubbish to put in the bin before I go to bed.. and I was going to have a half hour nap before heading off to the pub to celebrate Valli's 100th birthday.... but at 90 I am way too old to be out celebrating after dark so I may just go to bed once I have cleared it of goodness knows what..
My big stupid moggy has gone senile on me!! he just came in my room and !!!!!! on my 'filing' ... he is now wearing my trainers up his derriere.. rratbagging critter!

I'll say chink chink with my orange squash...don't I know how to live! I've a lovely bottle of fizz in the fridge but i'm on standby incase I need to take someone to hospital - sure i won't have to but if I had a drink and needed to....(i'm waffling!!).
Happy anniversary Dusty x 2 and cycling x 2.

Piggers you do make me laugh...loving the thought of you ex dancing a merry jig and the cat piddling while you watch on in horror! On a serious note though, ex is being an @rse...my parents seperated when i was young, and their was still a lot of resentment when it came to my 18th birthday. My dad refused to spend the evening with my mum so we had a seperate party/celebration. However by my 21st things had become good between them and i had a huge party with both families combined. This seemed to break the ice as since then things have been good. I can never see this happening between me and ex when the kids get older(and what about when they get married?!!!!!) and that upsets me as i know how much it hurt me but as you know the situation...its delicate! Good luck!
Just finished movie night with the children, watched wall E with the lights down and popcorn, and just watching x factor now with a cuppa, fancy a glass of cherry wine but serious case of cba to go into the kitchen!!! x0 -
