But it's a "graded" set. Doesn't that mean the same as "seconds"?

They don't seem to have have current models tho, at least I couldn't see any. Why pay £500 for last years set, when you can get this years for only around £50 more?

Can any one tell me the difference between the G10 and G15?

    Thanks
  • http://www.rgbdirect.co.uk are doing the Panasonic TH-50PZ800B, brand new, for £849 including 14 day delivery - a bit extra for quicker delivery. They'll do it for £899 including a 5-year Panasonic warranty if you buy it in-store and you can collect it there and then

I bought one from them last week! This was Panasonic's flagship plasma when it was released about 18 months ago and it was £2000 then. It was still typically £1800 a year ago so this is less than half-price from RGB now.

I think it's an absolutely fantastic TV - they did me a deal on a blu-ray player as well when I went in the store.

The downside is you have to go to Ilford - which isn't exactly like walking down the Champs Elysees ;)

WaxiesDargle - the G15 doesn't come in 50 inch for starters.
They both have FreesatHD and the same actual display panel. The G15 adds 'deep colour 10/12 bit' (but most stuff you feed into the TV is only 8 bit anyway!), 1 more HDMI connector, DLNA & DivX, LAN port for Viera Cast (so you connect it to your router and get TV content through Viera Cast, I've never used it. Since they both have FreesatHD, they both have a LAN port, and there are plans to have iPlayer integrated into Freesat tuners. So the G10 only misses out on VieraCast).
Got that?! In my opinion, you'll get the same quality of picture out of both, size for size, and the G15 just has some more features...
