  • ta for all the help i got this machine from e buyer it had vista already installed

is it worth my waiting for windows 7 or should i just install xp

i'm useless with computers so changing to another op is it something i can do or do i need a specialist? (hopefully not pc world)

Nah not specialist, it can be confusing if you need data to be kept etc but apart from that, just put the disc in the dvd tray and it will do as you say. wiping vista and the hdf, and installing the new OS.

I would wait for w7 as its vista but much more balanced, and still with the security of vista. If you keep an eye on hotukdeals.com, you can pick up a copy for £45-£60 depending the on the version you want. Tesco had it for £45 if you have a look.

Its out end of october of i remember (but could be wrong)
