Completely agree with several posts on this site...Moshi Monsters "Terms and Conditions" are unfair and contrary to the requirement of good faith required by consumer contract regulations in the UK anyway. Am sure the US must have similar consumer protections? I will be following up with the OFT in UK and consumer rights organisation in Australia. The whole process is a scam on already harried and harrassed parents - utterly pathetic (but surely a good earner). I suggest you might want to share your opinions of their contract terms with those in charge.....

It looks like there have been some improvements in clarity of their membership offerings, in no doubt due to some persistant customers such as the ones in this post http://www.moshimonsters.com/membership/pricing

So thank you from someone who is looking at membership and is now clearer on what is being offered. :beer:

Not sure if you all know but you can buy the Moshi-Monsters at Asda at the gaming section although I am in Scotland I presume as we are part of the UK it is available anywhere for 6 month membership for £19.99 pre-paid as I have done without any problems. Hope this helps.
