Aww youarent a horrible mummy redmel lol, I am going to have my lucozde before bath and see if that does something??? If I still dont feel convinced I will ring the midwife tomorrow or monday

Haha, trying telling the boys that:p

I hope the lucozade works, if not don't leave it till Monday, phone tonight or first thing in the morning!

Karen - If it is your waters that have gone phone and let them know, because once your waters have gone there is risk of infections so they like to monitor you and will induce you if baby hasn't made an arrival 48hrs(i think) after burst waters!!! Although if the waters are not completely gone they will leave you longer....

we've had no trick or treaters since I got back from work. DH went out for some sweets earlier (damn pregnancy brain made me forget yesterday!) and he's got loads....but they're all rubbish ones like chocolate eclairs and starburst. I normally get chocolate skeletons and eyeballs (and then eat all the left overs!) I don;t want to eat left over starburst or eclairs, they get stuck in my teeth :(

On a brighter note I got a big bar of galaxy for £1 in tesco today :) (Im still blaming you lot of setting me off craving one the other day!)

So glad to hear that princess is ok and baby is staying put for now.

Sounds promising for Karen and Helen :)

OK phoned delivery suite and spoke to a nice MW who said if it was my waters they like you to come in within 12 hours (is now well over) but that it could just be a build up of vaginal fluid. So was not sure as the sanitary pad seems to absorb it so is hard to tell how much has come out. So said I would wait and see using a bit of toilet roll. Although now I am worried that if it is my waters that there could be an infection (as Redmel said) so think I should go in and check don't want anything to happen to junior. But am feeling a bit scared now and don't know what to do and bless him DH is no use :D

Right decided that best be on the safe side. Im going to call up and go in just to make sure, at least I won't be awake tonight worrying that junior is getting infected. Just going to gather my stuff together, phone and go.
Tegan Lily arrived 4 November 2009 (3 days late)

Floyd Peter arrived 9th July 2011 (1 day early) :D

Hi all hope everyone is well.

Has anyone ever used the printers in tesco where you put your xd card in to it?
Is their a minimum amount of pictures you need to use them.
And roughly how much do they cost.
I want to take some pics in for my sis but don't want to take the originals in case they are lost. Any ideas where else if tesco is crap lol thanks

Boots do them- they're not the cheapest but are always a good quality. Asda also do them. I think they work out about 25p a photo or so.

Evening all. well last night my waters started trickling (for lack of a better word) luckily after the mucus-y discharge yesterday I had decided to wear a pad. Only found out this morning as didn't want to wake DH because as soon as you put the light on in the bathroom the fan goes on and doesn't go off for ages - so annoying but we never managed to find a way to stop it.

Went out for a walk in the rain earlier and have been having bad pelvis pains all across tops of thighs and "down there" (never know what to call it) and some period type pains but never regularly.

Not sure whether or not to call the delivery suite or not as my waters have kind of broke, but sure they will just tell me to call back when I have contractions every 5 minutes............ I don't know. If someone else put this on here I'd probably tell them they may as well get i touch but I hate wasting time. I also wish that the MW had put if baby was engaged on my notes - there is absolutely nothing in that column so maybe it just isn't anywhere near???

I am ready for trick or treaters with a few haribo packets, unfortunately made the mistake of buying them a couple of weeks ago to be prepared but DH seems to keep helping himself, hopefully there will be enough for all the kids (altho we tend to only have a few stop at ours as we are so out of the way). DH has carved his pumpkin too.

Hugs to all in need and labour vibes to those who want them. xx

Ditto what Mel said, they will probably want to check whether it was your hind waters, and may well want to induce you after 24 or 48 hours if nothing's started. .........Ignore that then- we crossed posts!

How exciting Karen! Yours could be an on time baby!!!!
