Yep SJ still on for Tuesday night, looking forward to it :) If you drop me your Facebook link in a PM I'll add you so you 'know' who I am!

OH has been so funny all night, he was talking to 'his son' in his put on deep voice (apparently baby is more likely to hear deep noises), telling him how he loves him already and he can't wait for his arrival, then proceeding to tell him how he wouldn't use this voice normally, only when he's naughty, but he won't be naughty so shouldn't have to hear it again :rotfl: Bless him, I was crying with laughter!

That's sweet of your OH, mine keeps chatting to my bump too, telling him/ her football scores and stuff

    I'll PM you now...
Im in the new house finally

It was the worst move of my life and i swear to god i am never ever moving again :o

Oh my god that's just awful. So gald you are in now but how awful all that stress, right when you don;t need it too. You've doneamazingly well just get through it!! Really hope you get some good luck now.

Well I just went to asda. I broke my bedside lamp the other night but got 2 bedside lamps with energy saving bulbs included for £5 :money: Pretty happy with that! Got an extension cable so DH can have one at his side too. Didn't have one before as there's no plugs that side of the room.

Also bought a pack of chicken goujons which I came home and put in the oven, just eating them (all) now! Oops!

Hi Everyone, sorry I haven't updated, I haven't had time to catch up so hugs to everyone and labour vibes to those who still need them.

Just got back from the hospital today with my lovely baby :D Stayed in for an extra night so I could get help with breastfeeding and so OH could get some sleep. I'll write a full birth story at some point but in summary everything was very quick, when I last posted I think I said we were going to bed which we did and I slept for a while but then woke up as the pain of the contractions increased, OH rang the hospital but they said not to come in even though the contractions were 4 or 5 mins apart but then I started feeling sick so I decided to go in and get checked fully expecting to be sent home but was already 7cm! Things seemed to progress quickly from there and after a bit of delay getting the gas and air I was soon on my knees pushing which worked well for a while but then stalled and MW moved me to a birthing stool which was exactly what I needed as she then shot out! Unfortunately a bit too fast so I got 2nd degree tears and took 40mins to stitch  Luckily still numb down there at the moment. Born at 4:31am, 7lbs 9oz, still not decided on name. A few breastfeeding problems to start with but I think I'm getting the hang of it, my advice - ask everyone for tips until you get the tip that works for you! Off to update on facebook now and if I have time will post photos but don't know how long I will have before she wants fed again. Thanks to everyone for all your support during my pregnancy I really couldn't have done it without this thread :T

We saw that on the plane onthe way home from the honeymoon. Have to say I wasn't impressed with it!! Didn't help that I was cramped up in the tiny plane seat and couldn't get away from it either!

Big congrats jenny - can't wait to see pictures of her and hear what you decide on for a name.

PP - what a nightmare. Was it a removal company that you used? Some negative feedback online or somewhere is definitely called for/
