    Ooh Beenie you tell em!

Cant see why you couldn't have oyster sauce Kindof?

    How annoying Gisi, stupid driver.

Ok...will see if I can get a baby bath on freecycle :D Then no money wasted if I don't use. Had seen the bath supports in Boots & did wonder if they're better, but like someone said it's a waste of water really filling the whole bath just for a little bit!
    Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j

Just been catching up a bit on the thread, it moves so fast lol.

Not been on much this week as the kids and I took turns at being ill lol. I really enjoyed sickness and diarrhea on top of the morning sickness _pale_.

Still feeling better now and had my dating scan. After the last one I had in April (no heartbeat and ended up in a miscarrage) I was a bit worried.
It was the same person doing the scan and he remember me so said staight away there is a heartbeat, before he did anything else.
My periods had been all over since my miscarrage so I was unsure of my dates, thought I was about 11 wks, but turns out nearer to 9wks. Mind you good news is the date being pushed back to the end of May rather than the start means unlikely to have the new baby on DS or DD1's BD (DS is the 6th, DD1 the 3rd). So my date is now 29/05/10.

Just so pleased to see bubs jump about hurrah.

Enjoy your takeaways all those having them. Waiting till next week for ours-treating kids to dominos next week on the 50 % off offer.
    Mefe-fingers crossed for Mon

I wouldn't mind a yorkshire terrier - much better pets. I've been so broody for a dog while I've been pregnant it's weird. We already have a cat that we didn't choose to have, although she is lovely, it's going to be a pain and make me feel cruel trying to make her stay out at during the cold winter nights when the baby comes. She would definitely try to sleep in a cot and if you shut doors on her she pulls the carpet up!

Fidget - is there anywhere warm your cat could stay - like a bathroom or something? Or you could get a cat crate? Its going to be bliming cold outside for kitty:eek: I know what its like with cats and carpets :o I have 5 kitties :D

hugs gisi - what a prat bumping cars with a preggy lady:mad:

Yay for a sucessful dating scan alibobsy:j

We had pizza hut takeaway tonight using a BOGOFF code. Yummy! got 3 pieces left to have later as well :)

EA - we had gerbils when I was a kid and loved them. Found them really easy pets and would reccommend to anyone. We always had them in pairs and found the girls less smelly than the boys! I'm sure we used to clean them out every 6 weeks or so, we definitely only ever did it in the school holidays! They can't have been that smelly or my mum would have made us do it more often.

Ours were friendly and we used to handle them a lot, never had problems with them jumping too high or chewing their tank. We used to give them toilet roll tubes to chew.

It might be worth seeing the ones you're thinking of getting before you commit coz if they're not used to being handled from a young age then they might not be very friendly

SJ your cupcakes sound lovely :) Thanks for the boo to IL vibes, I need them, I seem to be alone in thinking they're all unreasonable at the mo!! Ooh congrats to your friend, must admit to being a teensy bit jealous of those of you with RL pregnant friends, I long for one haha, though bless my friends they do try and include me and to talk about baby from time to time!

& another thing baby related - is the general consensus that a baby bath is necessary? I'm not 100% sure...

I'm quite pleased about the friend, we don't see each other that often as we were friends at school but drifted apart after a while. Had been seeing a bit more of each other recently so it may be getting more back to how it used to be. None of my other friends are anywhere near having babies yet!

Speaking of RL though, you still ok for physio on Tuesday? Glad to hear you now have your bump to bring along!! :D

GISI that sucks. Hope you aren't too shaken up. Someone once reversed out of a side road onto the main road I was driving up and into the side of my car  I was only about 18 and it shared the crap out of me for ages after any time anyone was pulling to the end of a side road I was approaching

That's sweet. How old is he?

And on the dinner front we had bolognaise from my big batch cook the other week! Was great, nice and easy (as DH put it on as I was coming back from delivering my order ha ha!!)

I use one for kitty rehabilitation work and rescue. Always a good idea to pop a litter tray in there too - but they always wee on their bed and sleep in their tray:rolleyes::rotfl:
