Ooo helen, could be exciting stuff! I've heard others saying the EPO leaks oily discharge (yummy) so if it's watery is definitely more likely your waters than the capsule. Have you leaked during the day, too as that might help explain it? At worst you could take a MW the pad for a look! Good luck!

eta: aww, congrats EA! thought you swore it was a boy? :D;)

Last night I kept getting cramp in my shoulders when I was lying on my side. I had this with DD every night for most of pregnancy but not from this early on. Does anyone else get this? When did it start for you?

On the up side my morning sickness has been slightly better, not throwing up, but feeling sick all day instead. TBH I would rather be sick and get it over and done with but never mind, it's what we sign up for when we choose to get pregnant :D

fernliebee are you sleeping on any particular side - they say to lay on the left side to increase blood flow, it might help. I'm still sleeping on my front and really struggle to sleep any other way but wont be able to towards the end :(

I'm not 100% sure my waters haven't started slowly leaking. I was woken up lduring the night by a trickling feeling..felt my pj bottoms and they were wet. Took them off and smelt them to see if I'd weed myself..no smell of urine whatsoever (even though I needed to go for a wee then) woke OH up to make him have a sniff :rotfl:and he agreed it wasn't wee. It did feel slightly sticky though so I thought it might be something to do with the EPO capsule I'd inserted before going to sleep. Went for a wee, changed into clean pj bottoms and went back to bed. Was wet again when got up this morning but not nearly half as much as the 1st time. Looked at the 1st pair of pj bottoms before they went in the wash and there was no wee stain, it was just clear. I've been checking my pad throughout this morning and the surface is wet but the pad isn't saturated and everynow and then I'm feeling the trickle that woke me up during the night. It definatley wasn't wee sooo.....was it just really really watery discharge, was it the EPO leaking out even though it wasn't oily, there was alot of it AND Ive been inserting the capsules most nights since 37 weeks without this happening before, or could it be the start of my waters leaking?! I'm staying clear of the EPO tonight to try rule that out completely, if I leak again tonight I'll ring MW in the morning.

Sounds a lot like waters to me!! Someone on here once said that it can leak if you move from squatting type position to standing upright, and that' show they realised it was their waters not just pee, think they were unloading the washing machine or something! You could always try that!!

Yey!!! Congratualtions!! She will look lovely in her superman babygrow!! Bless her!!

I'm sure I multi-quoted someone els eI wanted to reply to but it's gone  and I obviously can't remember who it was or what I wanted to say!
  • Hi ladies, not good news from me I'm afraid. The scan showed a sac measuring about 6 weeks, but nothing in it. So, either I miscarried over the weekend, or there were problems early on and the embryo didn't develop. I've got to go back in a week for another scan to make sure everything's gone, if not will have a d&c (or whatever it's called these days)

I feel like I did all my crying over the weekend, although I shed a few tears in the hospital earlier. I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, so we're now looking to the future :o

I'll still lurk to find out how you all get on. Thanks for your support, hope to be back properly with you again soon xxxx

Congrats on team pink EA!!! xxxxxxx
  • Portsmouthali- I am so sorry to hear that. Big hugs to you, you sound very strong x x x

Ooh, exciting stuff Helen. Definitely sounds like your waters.

Congratulations EA. No need to argue about boys names anymore!
