I had a chicken that needed cooking on thursday, I was so not in the mood for cooking a roast the day before i went for my scan but the kids still needed to eat. I chucked the chicken in the oven with some pots and they had it with some frozen mix veg. The jacket pots were so nice we had left over chicken today with jacket pots and corn on the cobs yum yum.

Ali I dont know what to say, the wait is awful. I hope everything is fine for you on monday xxxx

Well went to H&B to take advantage of the sale - I think the lady thought I was mad buying 7 boxes of RLT :D. I'm also annoyed b/c the EPO was mislabelled so I bought a much bigger bottle than what I need, plus I'm really confused about the arnica tabs as they're SUPPOSED to be 30 pills of 30c but the bottle says 84 pills inside and there's no way of telling - makes a big difference as if it's 30 I need 2 bottles but if it's 84 I only need 1. Grrrr. Think I'll take the other bottle back as they're £4.50 each!

We had lovely Tuscan-style soup (spinach, potatoes & spicy sausage) for dinner which seems quite posh, but actually is dead simple and ultra cheap to make.

Am really tired now from the cleaning + walk to high street. Supposed to go to Sbury's tonight but now don't think can be bothered and will do tomorrow!!

Looking forward to my 1st cup of RLT. Going to try 1 cup a day for about 4 weeks and then really start the program of amping it up. I'm so impatient I want to start all this pre-labor prep, LOL...though we have yet to have a go at perineal massage, eek.

EA - they say not to start until your 3rd trimester at the earliest (for safety reasons), but I think people usually start in their 30s as you start out small w/ 1 cup/day and gradually increase to where you're drinking about 4 cups/day around your DD. Glam posted her plan once and I've modified it to fit my preferences :). H&B are doing 20 bags for £1.29 but right now sale is on so is buy-one-get-one-half-price. I didn't see anything cheaper on eBay but a local shop might do. Oh and there's also tablets in case you don't like the tea.

Help, i spent 2 hours cooking a roast and could only manage half of it! Rapidly running out of room in there!

I'm not touching the RLT, my first labour was too fast and they've said this one will prob be even quicker so i don't really want to be encouraging it even more.
Although i know it benefits you after birth, but it speeds up 2nd stage labour doesn't it, so i think my perinuem is gonna want at least a little bit of time to try and stretch

edit- oh i bought one of those mini bottles of wine tonight, it's got like half a glass worth in it lol, i've only had a mouthful but feeling it already  Think it's gonna be bedtime in a min
