  • Thanks ladies, I'm sure we'll meet up, have a great time and I'll be wondering what I was worried about! Think it's mainly that we haven't seen each other since school, I stayed for 6th form and she went elsewhere and so we were basically kids the last time we saw each other properly. Nothing to lose anyway and everything to gain! Hope your lunch goes well too booboo.

Morning EA - saw on fb about you finding the hearbeat - nice one!!

Kindof - I love lasagne and I make it quite a bit - it's so much better than pre-prepared ones! Hope you enjoy it!
  • Well I'm tidying the house in preparation for the girls coming over tonight. We're getting a takeaway and apparently watching X-Factor (which I never watch, but there we go).

Before that we're going looking at bridesmaids dresses for my best friend's wedding which I'm hoping will be fun, but I'm not very good in hot shops at the moment so i think I'm going to have to make sure I wear layers in case I overheat!

    Yay- on the HB, EA.

SJ and Fattybooboo- enjoy your lunches. I'm sure you'll both have a brilliant time.

Morning everyone, taken a while to catch up,

CSH congratulations, what a lovely picture x

I feel loads better this morning but I did yesterday too and it just got worse throughout the day so gonna take it easy today as I'm working tomorrow. OH has taken the kids to a local park - dd has to collect evidence of autumn for her homework this weekend so OH is going to take pictures of her collecting leaves and conkers in her wellys, thank goodness its a homework he can go do with her. And they are gonna feed the ducks too whilst their there.

Sorry yorkygal hadnt been on since I asked - I waited nearly 2 weeks after going to the docs till the midwife called with appointment so hopefully you'll hear soon. Even though I know, its not till 23rd oct seems ages yet. It'll be nice once I have the midwifes number to call if there are any questions or problems.

I'm gonna go back to bed now, glad to hear everyone else sounds like they are getting better too.
  • Morning ladies

Im feeling pretty crappy this morning had an awful nights sleep must have got up about 7 or 8 times :(

Som dont talk about the baby show i was meant to be going but cant now coz i move house the monday after :( gutted i really am hope you have fun though :j

Is it wrong that i ate a pot noodle for breakfast  was the only thing that i really fancied :o:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I need to spend the day packing up some more of the house

Im tryin to not think about the scan yesterday and what the hospital said there is nothing i can do about it this weekend everyone there is to have the kids is either ill or working so unless i take them with me which will just be a mega pain then il wait til monday when DD1 is at school and just take DD2 with me i think. Either that or im going to make an appointment with the GP for monday and go and talk to him and see what he says as obviously he will be able to look at my notes from DD2 and go from there  Would be easier for me to get to the doctors than the hospital too

After thinking about it last night although i had a lot of problems with DD2 when i had it before she was fine so i really dont know why im panicking. I am angry though that the hospital didnt pick up on it or the midwife for that matter and i shouldnt have had to pay £140 to find out there is something wrong
It also means im gonna be on edge now until i actually have him what with the risk of premature labour being much higher and with what happened with DD2 hopefully my waters are gonna stay put for a bit longer than the next 2 weeks though

I just want to move into the new house now so that i can get it all sorted and then actually rest, coz that is just so not going to happen before i move :(

There is too much to do and too little time to do it in :o A week on monday  but the removal van is booked and virgin is installing my phone and internet etc the day i move in. I really need to finish packing up the kids bedroom today so i might try and bribe them into helping me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Sending appropriate vibes to all xxx

Awww, don't be embarrassed, you sound lovely! And glad you really found the HB this time...great!!

PP - try not to stress, love, as that may only make things worse. I know this is hard, especially with your other little ones to look after & moving house, but try and focus on the positive? You're getting out of the estate you don't like (I think I remember you saying that??) and things DID go okay with your DD in the same situation. Try not to do too much bending/lifting!! Even if things are a mess for a few weeks it's okay to have some mess as your health is more important.

Apparently Saturdays cure everything, as Merfe joins the club of those feeling better this morning, yay!

Well I've hoovered (hatehatehate doing) and stuck a load of laundry on. Now baking the cookies from the cookie dough I made 2 nights ago...except it's almost all gone b/c DH and I looooove eating cookie dough, hehehehe. Still have absolutely massive pile of washing up to do, but am trying not to get demotivated about it and focus on 15 minutes at a time! :D

Morning everyone! Still no Fidget..she must have started off then! :j

Jha- I've got the Elle babycare tens machine, apparantly it's very good,it has been recommended to me by several different people and it gets great reviews. I think Glam used this one too when she had Jack but not sure...

How are all the poorly people today? Any better?

I'm still sat here in my PJ's but I've put a wash load on so I have done something :Dit's a lovely sunny day here in Yorkshire today so I'm washing all Ethans newborn and 0-3 months clothes.
I inserted my first EPO before bed last night..not sure if the empty shell has come back out or not as I couldn't see it in the loo this morning  Anyone else doing this? Bought some arnica tablets off ebay..buy it now £2.99 and 75p p&p so abit cheaper than the 5quid odd at Boots. Just need to order a new moses basket mattress (thanks Gisi, your post the other day reminded me!) then thats it! All done!! I think:o
love my little man he is amazing :j
