My friend did it when she was pregnant, she also had one for weights to. But i thought that would get to confusing, so im sticking with dates only.

I'd hate to be in hospital over xmas, my mum was in labour over her birthday with my little bro. Her bday was 2nd NOV and he finally came 4th NOV, she hated it :(

    x

I hate that to ! I love the thought of having bumper just in time for xmas but not on the day as i love christmas day so much and it would be so unfair to bumper for it's birthday to be xmas day. Also I want my mum to be there and theres no way as she will be cooking christmas dinner for us all about 18 of us all together
Darling son born 10/12/09 hopefully the 1st of many :j

Yeah for £10 you get 5 printed pics, about 13 pics on a CD and 2 short videos. And you can buy extra pics at £1 each. (and yes they are in fareham/cams hill)
QA is £3 per pic, and no vids lol.

But its QA for our 20 week scan, im off to there in two weeks hehe :)

Im to excited about new shiney hospital lol.

Also from Nov they are opening a new shiney birthing centre in St Marys :D

Hiya 32B I've not forgotten your question about VBAC, still finding some useful linkies :)

Another question though that might help, you mentioned seeing the consultant, what reason have you been given for being consultant-led in this PG?

    Love Weezl x
No idea why:confused: MW just said will go get the consultant he will want to talk to you, no explanation. i just assumed it was because first birth was c/s.
    Thanks again for the help.
had 20 week scan this morning and it was so good! Baby was wriggling around and was so cute, at one point we were looking at him(?) side on and he turned his face to us and yawned! Could see so much more than the 12 week scan. i could have watched that screen all day. Also at one point I saw and felt a kick at the same time - amazing!!
LOL seen LO yawning twice tilting his head back then sucking his thumb, we both laughed when we seen it and i said he looked like his dad. Always wants to sleep hehe

Hi jha i see you lurking lol hows your mums cat doing now.

I know, I've read them before from one of your posts as well. See I knew the info but she was dodging the questions. She just wanted me to say no so she could tick the box and get on with the next person. I'd rather decline that have someone grudgenly and half heartedly poke about with my insides
I realise your a wee bit anti inducement too, but I had a good experience with this last time so I'm not overly concerned about being induced again x

I know when Fitzio had a sweep, the MW was all, yep you'll go soon etc and Fitz was really disappointed that nothing happened until a week later.
Squishy also had an internal last week and her MW said she was 'unfavourable' for labour which left her down for a few days.
All in all, I think I'd rather not know or have my hopes falsely raised.
Ah! Sorry that you already knew:o . Sounds like good thinking to me, and hope my original post didn't sound at all pushy :)

I am ok thanks for asking - finding the twice a day trips to parents to sort out poorley dad, mum and their cat very tiring but cant complain.

On a positive note i got my pregnancy ball today and boy is it comfortable to sit on:D I am bouncing away already. :D

Also very excited about sling meet in cardiff on fri :D:D

Had a baby in a very uncomfortable position this morning but i am standing by my advice to others and managed to get it to turn by a bit of watching tv on hands and knees and my genious husband reminded me about the walking up and down the stairs a couple of times so i have got it to move at lunchtime so feel lovely now:D

Had midwife appt yesterday and she was delighted that the baby was head down:eek: a bit early yet surley:confused::eek: and i am measuring large - but i dont have much faith in her tbh as she is newley qualified and couldnt find my pelvic bone. I nearly had a fit when she almost hit my bits looking for it:eek::rotfl:

Also does anyone do pelvic floor exercises as i appear to be leaking :o i am confused as some say pull bottom in and pull front in iyswim - which i cannot do  and some say just pull front bottom in only:confused::o

Well i'm sick of thinking about pushchairs now and ex said his mother was looking at a car seat (0-4yr) costing £100  So i said i'd rather her buy a travel system and i'll get a bigger car seat when the time comes

After being super duper fussy about what i wanted, and then going to the next extreme and planning not to have one at all lol, i reckon this one will do the job - what do you reckon?

    http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3756090/c_1/1|category_root|Nursery|14417537/c_2/2|cat_14417537|Pushchairs%2C+prams+and+carriers|14417542/c_3/3|cat_14417542|Travel+systems|14417545.htm

And we'll get £20 giftcard back on it if i read the grabbit thread correct

I'm looking at Maclaren XLR/XT, Quinny Zapp, Zia petite star, Bugaboo Bee, Dazzle silver cross and Bebe Comfort Streety. Any more anyone wants to suggest? lol Can't decide but would prefer one where LO faces me and also already have a maxi-cosy car seat.

Sorry to hear about your fall MoosMummy, hope everything is ok now.

I work for a uni by the way, helping to commercialise the research they do.

At my 36 week appointment I got told LO's head was 5/5 which I think just means 'not engaged.'

Got to dash - off to antenatal class.
