Back from MW, all is fine, head still down (and unlikely to change now) but not engaged yet, but didn't expect to be. Midwife says it doesn't mean I will end up going over due cos it could all happen very quickly..babies head moves down and within hours labour could start, or it might not even happen untill labour itself begins. Who knows eh. If only we all had crystal balls to look into.
Tracyg- I wouldn't worry, babies head being engaged doesn't automatically mean labour is iminent. I know a girl who's baby engaged at 33 weeks but she didn't give birth untill 41 weeks.

I had full blood count taken again, and Ive to write out my birth plan for next appintment in 2 weeks, which is a home appointment so they can do a risk assessment as I want a homebirth. After that,Ive an appointment on my due date..hope I don't have to go......
love my little man he is amazing :j

Aless- I had a feeling you were a CS but unsure of the logistics IYKWIM?!!

Thanks Helen, I'll take all the vibes going lol

Have actually come back from MW with egg on my face. She did 'offer' me a sweep but in a way I would refuse.
I got taken at 13.25 and my app was for 12.45. There were still 3 other ladies in the waiting room with an app time of 12.45 too?? She went on and on about how busy she was, then said I could do a sweep if you want but was unable to offer me any info on how effective they are.
I declined in the end cos I was sooooo bursting for a pee after waitng so long I may have disgraced myself plus I was worried about walking up the big hill to get home if her bony fingers had made me uncomfortable.

She is phoning me tomorrow with a date for induction, she reckons it won't be later than term+12 which means next Tuesday!!!

ETA: I'm fine thanks Lou, just tired and a wee bit fed up now!

Oh, it's rivoting stuff!! I'm slightly-higher-than-admin-but-not-quite-officer-and-is-hard-to-explain in the national body in charge of reviewing local government electoral boundaries in England. :rotfl: Of course, my short answer to give at parties is "civil service". :p csh, I'm thinking about possibly returning PT as well, but since I haven't even left yet it's a longggg way down the line (and depends on DH's job position at the time, obviously).

EA, would be more useful for me if you worked for your competitor as that's who we're with, hehehehehe

lou - we should make an advent calendar for ML, but only if it includes chocolate!! :D
    :EasterBun

I ordered Virgin Media last night to :D Its cheaper than sky :money: Though i do get sky 1/2 price cause i work here, but once i leave after ML (which i intend to as im going to college then onto uni) i'll have to pay full price :(

Oooh i cant wait for the advent calenders to come out for xmas! I love them :D:D
