Oh. My. God. Just woke up to go the toilet for the third time and found it almost impossible to get out of bed. The pelvic pain has now got to excrutiating levels during the night. Now I've lay back down have really bad period type pains. Does anyone else get this?

I mentioned it to the MW last time and she was pretty dismissive about it and wrote "uncomfortable" on my notes. This isn't discomfort it's agony!! Being in bed has become virtual torture! Seeing her again tomorrow, I don't know if there's a lot they can do at this stage but it's horrible and if she smiles humouringly at me again this week I may scream!

Still have the weird pain around my belly button too which has got worse and feels like it's going to split every time I move.

Sorry for coming on to have a moan but had such a horrible evening too and feeling very sorry for myself. Had to have a meeting in school about DDs possible autism (currently in process of diagnosis) and how she isn't coping in her new class and OH came straight in from work moaning that some (un-life-threatening) info has been lost on his phone and spent almost the rest of the evening stressing about it and trying to fix it on the computer. Felt so invisible and lonely.

GISI - you look radiant - have been a bit of a camera dodger during both pregnancies. Should have one done really but a wee bit scared I'll look way worse than I can kid myself I do lol!

Harley - hope things are progressing for you hun and that we find you've gone on your way tomorrow! (or later on today as just looked at the time!)

So pleased everything is ok Gill and you got your scan no probs. It's such a worrying time isn't it? X

Went and got two more boxes of RL tea earlier in holland & Barrett and the assistant looked at them and asked me if I'd had enough now and wished me luck that they send me on my way! Eek! Am only 37 wks tomorrow - mind you the way I feel at the moment maybe it would be better if things happened soon!

Ok weezl - you've scared me into having a fiddle and seeing if I can reach for some PM! I don't hold out much hope now though seeing as I'm almost in tears trying to put my jeans on!

Sorry if there's any one I've missed as I caught up earlier in the evening and have forgot everything now!

Labour vibes to the three ladies who are still hanging on xx

Hope the rest of you are sleeping better than me xx

    Morning everyone x

    good luck Harley x

hope you are feeling a bit better in the morning fidget, not too long left now. I was sleeping way better than you till ds woke me up at 5:30am to go to the loo, 5 hours sleep is not enough. I suppose putting back in a nappy is a step backwards - i would love a lie in though especially when on the way to preschool he starts complaining he is too tired!
  • Morning all, I was awake too at 5.30am - needed a wee, and have to get up at 6.15am for work anyway so didn't bother going back to sleep. I think I'll be asleep at my desk by about 3pm!

Lets hope we all get a better nights' sleep tonight. Have a good day all xx

    Morning all,

well, nothing happening here baby wise! Next midwife appointment is tomorrow, so we'll see how things are going..... bubs was quieter yesterday so maybe she's saving up her energy to make a move (I can wish, right?) :p

Not sure what I'm going to do today: it's raining here, so dunno if I'll get out for a walk, so will spend some time just walking up and down the stairs I think!

csh - withholding labour vibes for you for the day ;)
    Congrats to Europa :)

  • Morning everyone!

Labour vibes to those in need. Maybe Harley doesn't need them anymore!

Well, I think morning sickness has well and truly kicked in. Felt really rough up until about 2pm yesterday and found the only way I felt better was to keep snacking. I'm not a small girl anyway so God only knows what I'm going to look like at the end of this if it carries on!

Had my booking in appointment yesterday. Midwife was lovely and she had a student MW with her too. Didn't really find out anything I didn't already know but the balls rolling now. Have to book my appointment to have my blood taken next week and then I've just got to wait for a scan appointment date! It all feels a bit more real now!
