We have all been putting it to the back of our minds but the day is looming and just want it to be over for his sake........so long as it isnt cancelled again this time because someone is putting new curtains up or something equally rediculous as the last cancellation excuse:rolleyes:

Hugs Lou, hope it all goes well.
Minilaura, I haven't had an assessment yet, I'm not sure they do them for OU. I need to fill the form in, and get a GP letter, which costs £15. I need to phone them up and see if the one I got to let me use computers in exams would cover it, I can really do without having to pay that. They were supposed to pay for the last one, but when they sent me the cheque it was made payable to the GP surgery, who I'd already had to pay anyway.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
Right I'm turning in to watch "Memphis Belle" in bed (yes, I know I'm an aeroplane geek, but the B17 we flew in back in Feb has a starring role.....)Debt-free...and staying that way...0

Oooh, the Crown Plaza's swanky, I know someone who works there, my book club used to meet there (briefly, then we got sick of paying £5 for a glass of wine and moved somewhere cheaper). A friend stayed there last year though and turned her nose up at it, then said 'but it is only 4* after all'. Hence me not going away with them this December... I just can't afford the 5* hotels they insist on. But I digress! Have fun.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
