I did not break the contract if you read my first post my service provider broke the terms and conditions of my contract hence why I didn't have to pay a fee to end my contract. if !

You entered two contracts. One with the network - which you said that they broke - but another with the mobile phone company for the phone and cashback. You have broken that second contract by not being able to provide proof that you have still got the connection running during the relevant months.

But think positively. You have received a free phone, an 18-month contract rate for your calls and some money back all for a 12-month period. You are already on a winner !

On that basis we should all be doing this - enter a contract with cashback ofer, cancel the contract and then go back and ask for the freebie or money for nothing.

If I had cancelled the contract because I was fed up of the phone or whatever some people cancel their contract for fair enough I know im not entitled to the cashback but I was getting no service, having to pay £35 a month and not being able to use it due to no signal, it took 3 months for them to send someone to my area to check it out for themselves when they did they realised I was correct. They said the problem would not be fixed in the remaining 6 months of my contract so shall we cancel it...of course I said yes....meaning that they had broke the terms and conditions of the contract. When I ordered the contract through dialaphone they give a average cost of the contract by redemption, I have worked this out and would of cost me more if I cannot claim the 3rd cashback...however I cannot access my bills online for the relevant bills to claim this as my account of course is cancelled. This is through no fault of my own

cheers mate I appreciate the constructive feedback...I didn't know it came under 2 contracts...just had 3 months of stress with the service provider so just trying to get as much back as possible because I have had to use my landline etc which has been costly. :T
