if you look at the first clue they give you, it is a eurostar ticket and if you look closely there are some doodles on it (circles with letters in) the right hand side one is the one you need to get on the inner letter plate. Press down the bit in the middle (the ornate rose thing) and both plates will turn as you move your mouse round. When the letters match up to the one on that you saw on the ticket thats the answer.

look at the quote above thomas that will help you how to solve the one you are stick on :)

Thanks for the clues Alexandra, but I've been searching for the E for nearly 24 hours now and am just about to start screaming hysterically, throwing open the front door, and running off down the street.

Please .... which strip of pictures is it in, and then which picture? I've clicked on every square millimetre of every photo and am still E-less. Help!!!

PS I'd send you a 'thank you' if I could, but I can't - sorry.

if i remember rightly the e was in one of the railings... i think. I think it was made up of part of the railings so look at the photos with railings in them and look closely!!

Sorry i couldnt be more help, but i have done so many puzzles for that eurostar one, i cant properly remember.
