    the quickest i did it in was 46 secs. I didnt really understand it at first but got there in the end!!!

    you have to move the inner plate until it spells out what it tells you on the clue that they give you on the ticket there are some doodles of circles and letters make it so the inner circle matches the one on the right hand side of the train ticket.

    DOes that make sense? It is really hard to explain!!!

    if you look at the first clue they give you, it is a eurostar ticket and if you look closely there are some doodles on it (circles with letters in) the right hand side one is the one you need to get on the inner letter plate. Press down the bit in the middle (the ornate rose thing) and both plates will turn as you move your mouse round. When the letters match up to the one on that you saw on the ticket thats the answer.
